He told me what to expect after the job. Everything went as planned and then after he completed the job, he explained how things broke and how to keep similar occurrences from happening in the future. yes, I'm that person they complain about instagram the one who complains when a service company doesn't return calls.

Why is returning a call so difficult?
Is my time less valuable than theirs?
Do they think returning phone calls is a waste of time?

I called this company and as all too often happens after a promise of a return call----

Do I hear my phone ring? No
Do I have a missed called? No
Did I have any missed Txtxs? No
Was my caller ID Blocked ? No

In essence no excuse for no return call.
This is a big problem with the service industry on the central coast and very frustrating.

So how can I give anything more than 1 star when a company doesn't bother to return calls.

Aaron installed an RO system for me. He did a great job! For some reason the system had a faulty part (which was not related to Aarons perfect installation). Water exploded everywhere, I called him back in a panic and he was at my house to fix it in 5mins. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

My husband and I found a leak in our house about 1 week after we bought it. We called around for some evaluations and pricing, only to discover that we needed to re-plumb the entire house.
