BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I called to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. The lady scheduling the appointment confirmed it was for an estimate only. I specifically asked if this is for a free estimate and she agreed. The technician came and left, but I never received an estimate. Instead they sent an $165.00 invoice for a ""service fee"" which had never been agreed upon. In my experience this company is dishonest and unprofessional.

I have used Aaron's a number of times with very good results. The first time was a job that 2 other plumbers turned down as to difficult. Aaron did it himself and we have had no problem with it since. That was many years and job ago. Aaron's is the only plumber I can strongly recommend.

I had a leak in my kitchen faucet and in both bathrooms. Recently, one of the bathroom spigots did not move from the base - the entire faucet totally rotated with no water output. Had been putting off having a plumber called but that was the last straw. Thankfully, Aaron's Plumbing and Home Repair, Inc. sent Angel and Jace. They were both professional, knowledgable and knew how to fix each problem within minutes. I admit I'm sometimes hesitant to call for home repairs. If you're like I am, you'll feel very comfortable having Angel and Jace in your home. They were not only on time, they called as they were en route and am so relieved to have those plumbing issues finally fixed. I would recommend this business, especially these two employees - with no hesitation!

I wanted to replace my tankless water heater that failed and go back to a normal, 50 gallon water heater. I got a few quotes and Aaron's Plumbing was the best priced. The plumber showed up on time and he did an excellent job installing the new water heater to code. The plumber was very professional and friendly, too. I would definitely recommend Aaron's Plumbing!

The bid they put in for my project was the most reasonable. And not only that, they came over the next day after calling them. When I was explaining what I wanted, he had no problems breaking it all down Barney style and telling me what he could and couldn't do. There was nothing that couldn't be done. What sold me was how excited he sounded when telling me they could do the job. My project felt like it was his project.

On the two separate occasions that Aaron's plumbing has came out to my home, they were great! I had a leak coming from by bathroom floor - Aaron came out initially, then Steve and Angel . All three were extremely friendly, polite and made me feel comfortable while I was home alone with my young child.

On the second occasion, they were called out due to an excessive amount of foul water pouring into my restroom from the ceiling and walls flooding the area, my bedroom and this same matter that was leaking into my son's room. This time only Angel arrived and was polite and respectful just as the first.

There have been false reviews shared here. I am the tenant who lives underneath the woman leaving negative yelp reviews. I was never advised by the plumbers of any living conditions nor feces. However, I was advised that her toilet bowl overflowed and she failed to clean up the water. (With that being said, I made MY OWN assumptions about the water based on the color, smell, the fact that it came from a toilet bowl and I was the first person to notify the HOA of any issues.) This in turn, caused an excessive amount of dirty water to flood my restroom making it unusable, damaged furniture in my bedroom including walls and carpet and also seeped into my young child's room causing damage to carpet and toys (uninhabitable).


**Please note that she did not call her own plumber until a day and a half later (they came down to my unit) causing me to believe that she was negligent in her actions, did not take the proper steps to notify the HOA and not honest about the situation. We're in the process of mitigation in three of our rooms and currently living elsewhere due to this issue.

Angel is the most unprofessional tech I've ever encountered. Unfortunately my HOA contracts with this company because our community has a boiler system and all units are connected. There was an incident that had water flooding into the unit below me. Angel was sent out and after spending 10 minutes max in my home he goes back to the unit below and reports on the overall appearance of my home along with a completely false description of what was overflowing from my toilet. The downstairs tenants then posted a video on social media spewing the information received from Angel about my home. If you want your neighbors to be privy to your private home life then be sure to request Angel when you schedule your appointment with Aaron's.

We've had plumbing issues in our building for a while now and each time our bathrooms have flooded, we've called Aaron's plumbing and they were there within the hour. Aaron's plumbing is quick, friendly and professional. Angel was our technician both times and I couldn't be happier with our service. Aaron's plumbing is our go-to and with good reason! I highly recommended them for any and all plumbing needs.

The water heater in the office started leaking badly, called the Landlord said it was our problem and gave me their plumber telephone number. Called but they said they only work with the Owner not the tenant perfect case of ""Catch 22"". Called 3 more plumbers all with 24-hour emergency service but no luck best was the next day. Then call Aaron Plumbing & Home Repair, thinking got to keep going we're flooding. Sounded OK but said see you in 30 minutes. I was hopeful but expected longer from the past experience of other plumbing companies. But wait, 30 mins later they were there. Efficiently shut off the water, explored up above the ceiling, found the leak. The water stopped running. Promised to come back the next morning to install a new tank. Know what, they arrived next morning quickly installed the new heater & they were gone.
Conclusion, if you want good service, There when they say they will be, and a lot cheaper than the big Guys.
Call Aaron Plumbing & home Repair they're in Santa Ana, I am certainly glad I found them & called.
