This was our first experience with Aaron's and it was so incredible! 9:30 at night, had a shower pipe break right at the head, leaking water all the way down into our basement. Called Aaron's they were polite & responsive, giving us an immediate 2 hr time frame for a technician to come out, however, Josh was out within the hour. Josh immediately put on shoe covers and a mask, as I am immuno-compromised, and he was so kind-hearted about it. Josh quickly discerned not only the issue but the best way to repair our pipe WITHOUT having to tear a huge hole in the wall! Josh completed with work quickly with minimal cutting to our wall and was on his way within an hour. Josh was prompt, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and quick! The price was incredible reasonable as well, considering the late hour of the visit. We will absolutely continue to use Aaron's for our future plumbing needs and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber who shows up, regardless of the hour, and does a great job! Thank you, Josh, you were a life-saver! - C. Grose

Aaron's has been to my house several times for a clogged drain. I've spent thousands on repairs only to have them tell me today they identified another problem they should have caught the last time and it will cost me $2850 to fix. This is unacceptable and I would never recommend them to anyone else or have them work on anything for me again.

I just had them take a look at my water heater because the pilot light kept going out. First the guy never actually looked into the issue, just went off what we said. Then he replaced the thermalcouple, which is $195. Turns out it wasn't the problem. We still had to pay 50% ($97) because its policy. Find out at menards that a thermalcouple only cost $7 (remember their price $195)...
Then he spends sometime looking into the issue, finds out, it's probably the gas valve. They want $400 for the piece... shockingly menards has it for $109, amazon carries it for $119.

KEEP LOOKING, SAVE YOUR MONEY. They charge 400% the actual value. Also don't be tricked by their ""free evaluation"" (they only go off what you tell them and don't take the time to actually assess the problem. Just going down the check list at your expense). We saved ourselves over $300 by buying the part and doing it ourselves. #diyYouTube

I couldn't even get them to tell me or call me back with how much it would have cost us, for them to install the part (if we supply the parts) ... some places...

Just another company that replaces things till they find the issue. I called this company having trouble with my water heater and they were very prompt in responding to my call. That being said I would not use this company again because they didn't check parts before they replace them. Also they want to charge almost 4 times the price for a parts. A simple checking of part to lower the cost goes a long way, Aaron's does not. They have a policy of replacing parts till they find the issue.
This was supposed to be a free assessment. Instead of assessing the issue or test the parts I was told over the phone while I was work ""75 percent of the time this is the issue"" even after I said that part is working correctly, the part was changed and I was billed for it..
