This is the second plumber in two days who has called in the middle of the window that they assured us that they would have a plumber come to repair our faucet. Pro Plumbers and now Aaron called two hours after they assured us that they would be here between 12 and 4 and cancelled today. Can we come tomorrow? The answer seems to be that they determine first come first serve based on a toilet flushing. So lesson learned, tell them that your toilet is not flushing.

This is my second review, and my third time using Aaron Services for a leak. Yes, our third leak...in different homes, in less than seven years. BUT with each leak, I had more peace of mind because of Aaron Services. I knew who to call right away. This time, it was a leaking water heater. We decided to kick the two old tanks we had to the curb and go tankless. Guess what? We got it all taken out and installed the same day! My husband is really handy, and knows a lot about home maintenance, but he let the professionals handle it this time around. He said they were courteous, efficient, and meticulous. I couldn't agree more. Ask for Keith and Aaron. They worked in tandem to get it done quickly - and more importantly, get it done right!

Stuck Suwanee Georgia consumer beware.......we came home to find one of our a/c units had quit and the boy's rooms were very hot. Sought out several services and Aaron was the only one that could see us quickly. I agree, they showed up the next day as promised. I had already done troubleshooting and had the outside unit open.....technician walked up, looked at the panel and said """"I see the problem"""". Took all of 5 minutes to replace one capacitor and the unit started running.....fantastic right? When it came to charging us, I knew we had a $99 """"diagnostic fee"""" plus any parts. I was floored when Lance quoted me $350....$99 for labor and $250 for the capacitor but what could I do. I had no choice but to pay. Later I looked up the part only to find Amazon and other sites listed the exact same part for $14....that's right $14. Please be warned, this service obviously overcharges customers who are stuck and have no other choice after the work has been done. Look for more reputable service providers

This was my first experience with Aaron Services and I was truly impressed and pleased with their level of service. My technician was Tom. Tom was courteous, knowledgeable, communicative, friendly, and pleasant to work with. He's a real asset to the company. I highly recommend Aaron Services.

We had a broken pipe which needed repair. The price quoted changed several times as did the solution to repair it. It was finally repaired (took 2 days), As a result of sloppy work we had some other damage to contend with. Very disappointed.

He thoroughly checked everything, had a lot of experience, did not pretend to know things he didn't, and had clear """"next step"""" suggestions for us (especially concerning preparation to involve insurance). The faucet in our 1/2 bath in our 2 year old house stopped working. Started as a trickle of water, then no water at all. No other issues...just this one sink. We called Aaron Plumbing on Saturday and scheduled an appointment for Monday morning. The technician was on time and friendly, but his visit was completely useless. He was unable to identify the problem, much less fix it. He did not even look at the faucet. He said the problem could be one of a few things, but he didn't have any parts on his truck to fix any of the potential issues. He suggested a whole new faucet for $800+. He basically drove to our house, said he could not fix our issue, and charged us $59. We told the service advisor what the problem was when we called to make the appointment. Why wouldn't the technician come prepared to fix it? Complete waste of our time and money. UPDATE: We called another plumber to fix our faucet. When we told him the problem, he immediately said """"it sounds like you have a clogged aerator."""" He then told us which tool to use (which we had, but didn't know its function) to fix it. So, this company was able to troubleshoot and advise over the phone, but Aaron's guy was not able to do that with an in-person service visit.
