I've tried 4 plumbing companies over the years and Aaron is my choice. All plumbers are expensive, and that's my only criticism. But Aaron always sends a top quality plumber who is polite and respectful and licensed and experienced. And they do a good job explaining what's going on and my options. I will continue to use them because I feel I can trust them.

Just wanted to let you know if you're looking for a plumbing company this is an excellent company. I came home late from a trip and was unable to use my hot water because my tank had messed up. I called the next morning they came out that same morning and MALCOLM was fantastic. He was very polite, and very meticulous.

This is my second time using Aaron Plumbing and they are awesome. The technicians are extremely knowledgable and the prices are fair. My technician was Malcolm and he was an absolute pleasure. He answered all of my questions and paid really close attention to detail. I will definitely use Aaron plumbing for all future needs. They are amazing. It's also really easy to schedule an appt, no long wait times.

Aaron Plumbing responded very quickly to my water leak. Gary was there the same day, explained his findings ,and the work detail. Gary was on the job early the next morning, found the problem, which was exactly where he anticipated it to be, and promptly fixed the leak. Gary was very professional, neat, clean, and gave me peace of mind. I highly recommend Aaron Plumbing for any repairs...and ask for Gary!

I scheduled an appointment about a week in advance and the morning of the appointment I was called and notified they would not be coming because the house was a couple miles out of their service area. I gave the address at booking and they did not think to tell me it was not in their service area until AFTER they were suppose to arrive. Now my due diligence period ends today and I have to find another inspector. What a trash company.

I sent a Yelp message around 11AM. An hour later I had an appointment between 1 and 4pm. For that reason I will give 5 stars. I travel Monday through Thursday, so I really needed same day service. My particular problem was an incorrectly attached dishwasher hose by my contractor. It was a quick and easy fix. The $79 service fee (or $49 during the week I believe) is waived if you decide to go with their service. I paid for the minimum service, and my only ding would be that $213 seems a little much for less than a half hour of work. However the technician did a great job communicating the problem and walking me through the fix. Very polite.

Malcolm came to my condo the same day, and was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained every step as he was going through it, and was very reasonably. I would definitely reccomend him.

2/2/17 I received a call last night from a member of management. Extremely apologetic for my experience. She committed to take actions internally to mitigate future occurrences. I was offered a complete refund, but declined as my goal is for Aaron to be wildly successful and learn from the mistakes. 2/1/2017 I truly hate having to do this review. I have been a loyal customer of Aaron for several years and always had great experiences. I have made so many positive referrals. I feel like Aaron failed me at the most critical time with an emergency and worse yet.... management has not called me to discuss the failure of their response. 1/27/2017 I called Aaron Services first thing to request they return to assess the failed repair and make the needed repairs. I was also adamant that I wanted a call back from management that day to discuss their lack of response to my emergency last night. Management never called me. I called back to Aaron services later in the day and did receive a call back from a lady explaining that they were researching and would contact me when they had more facts. A different technician was dispatched and made repairs with Copper and Brass fittings instead of PVC and the repair has lasted as of this update. 1/26/2017 I went downstairs to the basement and heard water spraying. The repair that was made had failed and water was all over my basement floor and many personal items stored in this room. i immediately called the number for Aaron Services at 8:24 PM with my emergency need to have them come and turn the water off at the street and make repairs. the call center took my request and escalated the ticket. Over an hour later and after several of my call backs asking for an ETA, I received a call from a person informing me they were still trying to locate a person to respond. I told them to cancel the call as I had made contact with Fulton County to send a truck to my house instead. 1/25/2017 A technician repaired a minor leak on my main water line in the basement. I had the usual great experience and customer service.
