Service was great. Well done very professional. The pricing to replace a 1/10 hp emerson motor. Was insanely high. $595 plus service charges for a $95 part, 2 hour of work and two trips. Get a 2nd quote unless you're happy with price gouging ... which would be an understatement.

First time I've needed a plumber. I started by getting three quotes from different vendors. After seeing all three offers, Aaron Services was In the middle and was reasonable for what I needed. My tech's name was Gabe. He was very professional, kind to my pets, and very straight forward about my issues. He was honest and transparent about all of my options. He never suggested something extra, or offered any """"additional needs"""". He listened to me looked everything over and addressed the issue. Overall, very easy to work with, trust worthy, and he didn't waste any time while he worked. His work appears well done and clean. I will be calling Gabe back should I ever have plumbing needs.

Malcolm has been out from Aaron Plumbing twice in the last year. He repaired a really difficult spot under our kitchen sink in August of 2017. He was able to correct a pipe that was cut at an angle too close to the wall. He also installed our dishwasher, disposal and conected everything. It works beautifully! Today he replaced a leaking cartridge in our shower/tub. It was a tricky fix but he stuck with it and made sure it was perfect before he left. He was tidy during both jobs. He did a very through and professional job on both occasions! I highly recommend both Aaron services and Malcolm!

But Aaron always sends a top quality plumber who is polite and respectful and licensed and experienced. And they do a good job explaining what's going on and my options. Just wanted to let you know if you're looking for a plumbing company this is an excellent company. I came home late from a trip and was unable to use my hot water because my tank had messed up. I called the next morning they came out that same morning and MALCOLM was fantastic. He was very polite, and very meticulous.

Gary was on the job early the next morning, found the problem, which was exactly where he anticipated it to be, and promptly fixed the leak. I scheduled an appointment about a week in advance and the morning of the appointment I was called and notified they would not be coming because the house was a couple miles out of their service area. I gave the address at booking and they did not think to tell me it was not in their service area until AFTER they were suppose to arrive. Now my due diligence period ends today and I have to find another inspector. What a trash company.
