I recently had a water line to the house break. I found the leak, dug down to it, cleaned out the hole, dried off the water pipe and had all the parts to repair the leak. Total cost of parts-$1.50. I called Aaron Plumbing of Suwanee and asked for an estimate after telling them all I had done. I was told it would be """"North of $400 dollars. Shame on you Aaron Plumbing for treating anyone that poorly. I fond an independent plumber that completed the work in 20 minutes for $100. What is wrong with you Aaron Plumbing?

I have been meaning to come on here and leave an amazing review for Aaron Plumbing. My husband noticed a bubble on the ceiling of our garage earlier in the morning and was concerned, as the bubble was above our master bathroom shower. My husband and I was worried as we did not want it to get any bigger, so my husband called around to see if we could get someone out, one company said it would not be until the next day to get someone out, with a surcharge and the other they were charging so much and could not guarantee that they had any availability. My husband came across Aaron Plumbing, called and was met with such concern and willingness to help. We were able to get on the schedule and had the absolute pleasure of having Chris G come and take a look at the issue. He was so attentive, thorough, and handled our issue with such care. We were so comfortable and super impressed with Chris' recommendations and effectiveness in resolving our issue. Overall, great service and great company. Will definitely call again should we have ANY issues. Chris is awesome! Thank you!!!!!!

Service and work was good, but pricing was crazy. Had a 50 gallon electric water heater replaced. Most plumbers charge around $1200 and the price includes new shut-off valve and expansion tank. Aaron charged me $1262 for water heater and $382 for the expansion tank and $190 for two valves. The $382 is ridiculous for $45 in parts and almost no additional labor. I just had the exact same work (50 gal electric water heater, expansion tank, and shut-off valve) done today by another company (at a different house) and it costs only $1220. Save yourself $500 and go with a different plumber for water heater replacement.

This rating is solely for a telephone conversation I had with William. All services were completed by the lovely, personable, customer focused technicians Gabe and John. But the phone call I endured was the most unprofessional and confusing phone call I have ever had with someone """"just trying to run a business."""" I do admit frustrations on both sides led to an unproductive conversation but am still left wondering, """"who dropped the ball?""""

So I need some service to my A/c system, I'm not a pro but I know it's low on Freon. (It still works just not blowing ice cold) My house is new, and the system is under warranty. I explained to the tech John, and he insisted he charge me $161-$261 per hour for the leak test. I told him numerous times I do not want that because the company who installed the system 13-15 months ago will fix it for free but they don't have any appointments available until the end of the week which I already have scheduled. I simply asked him to add Freon and fill the system as I will get it fixed later this week. He refused to do what I asked. I don't know if it was because he wanted to make money on the job and if he couldn't he wasn't going to do anything. Needless to say I doubt I will ever call this company again or refer them. Before I scheduled the appointment I asked About their fee's, service visit etc to make sure I covered all the basics before I agreed to have them come out. There clearly was some confusion as to what's included and I spoke to a manager and she said she would honor what was told to me. That's the only reason I didn't give 1 star as her customer service was good but John ultimately earned the poor review.

Aaron Plumbing worked hard to get my gas line from the side of the house to the backyard for pool equipment. They bored under the driveway to run the line from the meter to the backyard. Unfortunately, my property sits on a lot of rock, which made the job tedious. But they were able to get the job done and were reasonable with the unexpected additional costs . They were polite and professional throughout the entire process! I would highly recommend AP for your plumbing needs!

We have used Aaron plumbing before. There work was good so we called them again. We needed two faucets repaired, one on the bathroom sink and one on the tub. The job consists of removing the faucets, removing and replacing the cartridges and reinstalling the faucet handles. I even provided the plumber with the part numbers and a complete explosion diagram from Moen. There is no """"under sink"""" type work needed. I actually repaired the sink handle once myself. The cost should be about $20 for the parts and it should take about a half hour for a professional. Even at a full hour and more for the parts it wouldn't cost more than $40 or take more than 1 hour. The estimate was $715!! For that outrage I still had to pay the $59 service fee. They waive the fee if you have work done. Now I can understand why. Several hours after writing this review I received a call from Aaron during which they agreed that the estimate I was given was too high. After further review they revised the quote to the mid $400's. They also voluntarily agreed to refund the $59 service fee. I appreciated their effort to provide good customer service. Unfortunately, we still disagree on what is an appropriate fee for the parts and labor for this fairly minor repair. See also the review by Jonathan C. We agree that the quality of the work is fine but the charges are not reasonable.

Aaron Services has been doing a great job for me with all of my plumbing service needs. They arrive on time, give you an estimate and complete the job in the time predicted. All their technicians have been extremely professional, especially Malcom. I'm happy to keep using them.

After a shitty job done on a new construction townhome (built in 2016 by providence group) by Randal Lowe plumbing company, I had to seek services from Aaron plumbing bcz of a leak from my master shower drain straight to my living room ceiling. They were very professional, and easily approachable. Cut out a hole on the ceiling and found out the cause of the leak. Turned out to be something simple like not enough plumbers putty in the shower drain. They fixed that and sprayed bleach on the wood pieces of the foundation inside and cleaned everything before they left. I won't say there are cheap. But they are honest and will tell u upfront what they can do and what they can't. They won't fool you and charge u more. I would say pricing is just right! I like them for their professional approach, honesty in quoting price and cleanliness after their job is finished. I would seek their service again in future if needed.
