I can't figure out how they get an """"Angie's List"""" endorsement - I called & set up an appointment for a septic tank pumping - done deal - until they called me back later & said they had to cancel because """"it would cost too much in gas to come to my house""""... ??? I live in Marietta!! If you don't service an area, don't list it on your website.

Chris came to fix our broken garbage disposal. He called 25 minutes in advance of arriving. He was very courteous, and explained everything before he started working. The service was quick and within an hour, he fixed and gave me tips on how to work with the disposal in case it stuck. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again in future!

We had a water main break in addition to a broken sump pump. Jack M. came out to assess the work to be done and provide our estimate. He was also the technician that did the repairs, along with Stanley. Both gentlemen were very respectful and informative. My husband was at work the majority of the time our repairs were being done and I was very comfortable with both of the employees in and around my home. The company obviously has high standards for their employees, and is run in an extremely ethical manner. We highly recommend Aaron Plumbing Heating & Air (and will be calling on them again!) After a leaky garbage disposal I called and was able to get an appointment he following day. Steve called 25 minutes in advance of arriving. He was very polite, professional and replaced the disposal. He cleaned up and walked through some items before leaving. Will use them again in the future...

I looked up this company on Kudzu where they have 952 reviews and a 5 star rating and I'm VERY glad I did. Not sure why the ratings here are sub par but my experience was excellent. I called this morning and Was given an appointment for tomorrow. It turned out I wouldn't be able to make the appointment tomorrow and my schedule wouldn't permit another time outside of today for a week and a half. They worked with me and had someone here this afternoon! Rob came and took a look at the issue and listened to the history of what I did to try to look at it and resolve it (dishwasher wasn't draining properly). He diagnosed it, fixed it without overcharging me (gave me a very VERY good price) and recommended future replacement of the garbage disposal and told me how much that would be when I was ready. The recommendation for garbage disposal replacement ONLY came up after I mentioned it and asked about it. Very thorough, very professional, very cost effective. No up sales, no sales pitches, no replace this and that when not necessary. Very impressed and will keep them in my address book for any and all future plumbing needs!

Really happy with my service. I wasn't planning on calling a plumber yesterday but when I went to clean up from breakfast, the garbage disposal quit on me. (Monday, we all struggle I guess). My friend recommended aaron plumbing so I gave them a try. When I called, the woman I spoke with was able to fit me in the same day (thank goodness. can't The guy was on time and very professional. Because I felt comfortable with him, I had him fix a toilet that we had been neglecting for a while too. The whole visit took about an hour or so and when he left I had two plumbing headaches checked off my list. I felt like the charges were fair, signed up for the club membership so I got a discount. All in all, a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Aaron plumbing replace a four foot section on my main water pipe near my meter for 500.00 what I though a steep price but I paid because we all need water. I even dug the hole. The workmanship was good and after completion the city meter still indicated a leak. I personally found the leak by digging a 4.5ft deep trench next to my foundation to reveal the main water line cut by the cement foundation. Aaron Plumbing quoted 1500.00 to only replace a four foot pipe while other national chain plumbing firms quoted 450.00. How can one section of the same four feet of pipe cost three times as much - that is how I know I was fleeced on the first encounter with Aaron Plumbing. GET OTHER QUOTES

We recently moved to the area and found Aaron Plumbing on Yelp. After calling around to a few places, we decided to give them a try and Rob Clutter came out to do the inspection on our needs. Hands down, Rob is the best plumber we have ever met. He was super thorough, answered all of our questions, fast, clean and so very, very nice. He gave me a call to discuss the details, and walked my wife (at home) though all the work he did. Before he left, he showed her some tips for better maintenance on some odd things that we would have never known to even ask about. Great experience, and we will absolutely use Rob & Aaron's Plumbing again in the future if needed. Highly recommend!
