The technician arrived on time and called with an eta. Victor was clearly knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions regarding the yearly service on my tankless water heater. He graciously advised me on a way to update my system to meet code. He completed the service and installation of the new updated part with quality craftsmanship and had extensive understanding of the system and explained it with ease. I feel compelled to write this review of praise because it is seldom that I see this level of professionalism anymore. I felt I received excellent work for a very fair value. It has been an absolute pleasure working with this company and especially with Victor in particular. If you want top notch work And convenience, I would definitely recommend this company and I highly advise requesting Victor.

We were on borrowed time with our 20 year old water heater and made a few calls. We also contemplated having a friend install one we would buy from a store. We then thought about what would happen if there's an accident, a leak In a year, etc. We made some calls and chose Aaron plumbing. Was Aaron the least expensive. No, but when you're making a decision as a homeowner, this is one of those items that you just don't want to cheap out on. Aaron Plumbing was professional from start to finish, our estimate was done by the plumber who was going to do all the work. He was honest about the changes required by code since our current one was so old. Doug was on time, professional, kept us informed on each step of the installation and the final price was the exact same as the estimate. Thank you and I highly recommend Aaron plumbing if you want things done right!

We've had a history of mixed results depending on which company sends which plumber out to fix issues, often resulting in large bills without the issue actually being fixed or another popping up. Kenny and Ramon changed our mind about plumbing companies and we won't use anyone else. I've been impressed with the professionalism and how personable and polite they are. These guys work until the issue is truly identified and fixed, without the pressure of up-selling and driving revenue.

Malcolm totally lived up to his excellent Yelp recommendations. Our problem wasn't easy and it took some time. He was very patient and took extra steps to make sure it was done right. Their estimate for repairs was extremely overpriced - their bid was more than twice the amount I ended up paying, and the contractor I chose was very highly reviewed in this forum. Aaron has excellent reviews for professionalism and service, probably true, but their services are highly overpriced. Look elsewhere for excellent service AS WELL AS reasonable prices.

He was able to diagnosis our issue after multiple other plumbing services were unable to do so. The quote to do the job was fair, and the project came in right at the quote.
