How the... do these guys not have 5 stars? Jay was extremely helpful for an easy fix. I'm a first-time home owner and he walked me through everything he was doing so I could do the easy stuff myself next time. You better believe I stuck the magnet on my fridge.

Aaron Plumming was quick, (same day service) and there customer service is of the highest quality. My plumer Malcolm, was efficent and to the point. I like the fact that this company is up front about pricing and reasonable rates. The work is solid and complete (no mess when he was done, he cleaned up after himself ). Thess guys do top notch work. I would recommend them to anyone after my experience with Malcolm. He made a painful situation go smooth. will be using them in the future.

Buyer beware for the following reasons:

- Poor communication
- Poor customer service (didn't take responsibility for their work after the job was done and paid for).
- They overcharged far more than the bill (not the estimate).

In this case we didn't get what we paid for.

We had a burst pipe on a Wednesday evening. We phoned Aaron Plumbing; someone answered the phone immediately and said that Jay would be out within the hour. Jay showed up as promised and was very, very helpful in fixing our burst pipe. He also forecast that would likely have a few more burst pipes (due to a frozen heating system) and suggested that we keep that loop off until a warmer day. We followed his instructions, and did indeed find a few more burst pipes. Jay and John came back--right after we phoned them--and fixed everything. Very helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable. I would recommend Aaron Plumbing.

I'm not sure what company the negative reviewers called, but their reviews have nothing in common with my experience.

After reading the other reviews, I'm wondering if I hired the same company.

Aaron Plumbing & Heating is the only plumbing and heating company that actually returned my call and showed up to give me an estimate. I needed a radiator moved in my kitchen, and they came right away even though it isn't exactly an urgent matter. They were checking around in the basement for the pipes, and discovered that our boiler was about to go if a pipe wasn't replaced. They said they could repair both for an incredibly reasonable price, and I hired them immediately.

On the day of the service, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and even bought extra trash bags so we didn't have to clean ANYTHING after they left. Plus, they played with my dogs (who usually don't like strangers) and helped me move things around in the basement so they didn't get covered in dust.

They completed the job in just a few hours, and checked our leaking fridge so we didn't have to call an appliance repair company. They also told us how to avoid re-flooring the kitchen after the work was done. I'd be down a few grand (and a fridge and kitchen floor) if it weren't for them.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am so, so grateful I found them online and didn't read the negative reviews. If you're looking for great service, great prices, and the kindest repairmen in the heating/plumbing business, hire Aaron Plumbing & Heating. You won't regret it!!!

My husband recently arranged for an estimate for a water leak in the bathroom. There was a $249 charge for the estimate...had it been me making the arrangements, I would have immediately said no way. My husband did agree to this charge. The guy giving the estimate was a little pushy, saying ""other guys might do it cheaper, but it won't be done right"" and gave a verbal estimate of $10-12K. We got a 2nd opinion and got a written estimate for $4K.
I called Aaron Plumbing back to get a written estimate, but was told they can't give a written estimate until we select them to do the job. I guess the $249 paid for them to come look at it.
We hired the cheaper provider, and as far as we can tell, it was done right

Just called them to try to resolve a leaking ceiling in our office. Was hung up on without a greeting. Called immediately back to make sure it wasn't an accidental hang-up and hung up again without greeting.

This plumber quoted me the most ridiculously inflated price to hook up a gas stove that I felt compelled to write a review. I will never give this guy my business. Ever.

I would like to recommend Jay at Aaron Plumbing, at www.aaronplumbing.com. This a family business and both Jay and his father John were true professionals when it came to addressing plumbing needs at my residence. My water heater went out over the weekend and after having called 5 different plumbers in the area including Home Depot only Aaron responded quickly and with concern. Several of the plumbers that I attempted to call never bothered to pick up the phone or worse told me that they would call back in 10 mins never to hear from them. Not Jay at Aaron. He tried his best to diagnose the problem over the phone, sounded extremely knowledgable, and confirmed that he would visit us within an hour. He wasn't a min late, plus upon arrival and delivering the not so good news of our water heater dying on us was very patient with all our questions regarding this as well as other minor issues we had throughout the house. Most impressive was he and his father quickly installed in a new water heater first thing Monday morning which due to its location (close to gas lines) proved not to be the easiest of tasks. Once again, I highly recommend Jay and his family business without any hesitations and he will always be first on our list for any future plumbing needs that we may encounter.
