DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! He came out and did the work, did not check everything to ensure it was working properly and within days it was backing up again. He said he would have to charge me again. I paid almost $450! That's outrageous! He did not do a thorough job the first time, it is his fault not mine.

Find a better company to spend your hard earned dollars.

**Update: the owners son called me and said he spoke to his manager and would offer me $50 off. That's laughable! I declined.

I had another plumber come out and it was confirmed he did not clear the whole pipe to the street just as I had suspected. Aaron's plumbing is a SCAM!

This is your warning! Do not go through what I did. There is no reason for bad service.

Out of 6 companies called on a Saturday only 1 answered the phone and it was Aaron Plumbing. He spoke to a live person and the plumber was on site within the hour. He spent hours troubleshooting. take for testing, alerted me prior to the short turnoff of our wate, and let me know asa soon as he'd completed the testing.

Had a small water heater fail on Sunday. Called Aaron plumbing and they advised they could be out the next day between 1 and 3 PM. They called about Noon and were on scene by 12:30 PM Austin was the main plumber, with Dan being his assistant. He checked everything out, gave me a reasonable price, and asked if they could complete the next day. I said the next day was fine, but we were without hot water in the kitchen, so they decided they would fit it in then. Cramped access to the water heater as it's in a very small closet like space. Took 7 hours because of access, but they didn't quit and even didn't want to quit. They wanted to make sure everything was good and I was happy before they left. Was very pleased with their service and care. Will definitely use again if I have a plumbing problem.
