Angie S.They don't do toilet drains nor do they go into crawl spaces. The lady that answers the phone is pretty rude also. She told me that when I called another plumber to start out the call with moving the toilet drain and it's a crawl space. Guess what? I did that with the next plumber I called and it's no problem.
Kieran J.I highly recommend Aaron Kramer Plumbing, they came to our home and took out all the old plumbing in the house and installed all new lines and they also changed our old water heater, which was recommended because of the age plus the new installation of all the new lines and they also replaced the outside faucets, we are very pleased with the amazing service we definitely will call the best plumber in the business and that's Aaron Kramer Plumbing give them a call you will not be disappointed.
Jaime R.I attempted to drain my hot water heater and ran into trouble, because there was build up of sediment in the bottom of the tank. I called Bruce and he came right out. He was very efficient and got the water heater out of there in no time, and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs!
Worst company I have ever worked with. Did not due the 2 jobs they were hired to do. Instead, they replaced a pipe that they had cut in half and replaced it. I had to pay $376.00 and had to hire a professional plumber to do the job I hired them to do. They made no attempt to clean their mess. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and they tried to say I was only part of the phone conversation and all in person conversations were done with my husband. I was standing next to him. This company has no regard for women. The employees spent 45 minutes of the three and a half hours I paid for sitting in their van. It's time for this plumber to retire. The only person less friendly then him was the woman that answers the phone. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! Please read my BBB complaint.
Have used Aaron Kramer Plumbing on several occasions, and have not been disappointed. Fast, professional service without a bunch of BS.
We called Aaron Kramer plumbing based on the recommendation of a friend. We had a slow draining tub caused by a toy going down the drain. After using another plumber who didn't listen to me, and having the drain get worse instead of better, we called Aaron Kramer Plumbing. They were prompt, helpful, and dealt with the issue in the correct way. After removing the toy they also fixed the handle that had been installed upside down and caulked the edge of the tub where the caulking had come up. I was very impressed with their knowledge and service, and was pleased with the work they did. I even had a sink issue come up after they left and he talked me through fixing it over the phone, without charging me extra. Five stars, I will definitely use them again!
I had a big water leak with our faucet and after calling them to have them come out, they not only fixed it but they also ran out our water lines and told us what other issues we could have in the future. They did an awesome job and did great fixing our issue!
Mickie B.Excellent company. The faucet handle in the basement shower quit working. This is a shower installed by a do-it-yourselfer about 30 years ago (a basement bathroom added to a 1927 Oakwood home). We'd bought a new faucet, we just needed it installed.
When the plumber saw the job he told me it was described by his office as a faucet replacement, a one hour job. However, replacing a shower wall faucet was a much bigger job and would take at least two, maybe two and a half hours. But, he said he could rebuild the old faucet handle, a Moen, pretty quickly. And since it was a better faucet, albeit old, than the one we bought, he'd recommend the rebuild. That he did, in about an hour. And he attached a piece of wood bracing to the pipes outside the shower wall for support (now they don't rattle). I asked about installing shut off valves (my husband's idea). I liked him even more when he agreed with me that it would be both expensive and not really necessary at this point.
Fast, efficient, professional service. Quoted me an estimate up front. Didn't gouge me with the price or find ways to add to the bill. Fixed the problem. Fixed an obvious do-it-yourselfer error. Cleaned up after the job. And he was funny. Cost was $166.
I've used a number of local plumbers in the past 15 years - it's an old house. This company was great. I won't say I can't wait to use them again. But when the opportunity comes, and it will, this is who I'll be calling.
Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and punctual! Overall my experience was great, they were able to fix my plumbing issues quickly and answer all my questions.
Elizabeth P.We had an issue with our garbage disposal- Aaron came quickly and fixed the problem easily and affordably.
