Buyer beware. I contacted this company to repair a furnace. They showed up and stated that the furnace needed a new thermostat and a gas valve. I was given a quote of $800 for the repair. I informed them the price seemed high. I was told that they charge $165 for a thermostat and I told them that a thermostat at Menard cost less than $40.00. I told them never mind and they tried to over charge me for the service call. I called another company who came out and told me the only problem with the furnace was that I needed to replace the thermostat. I paid $20 for the thermostat and $175 to have it installed. The amount I paid for the repair was $195 compared to $800. Beware !!! they will attempt to cheat and over charge you.

I would not recommend this company. We were referred to Aaron's by our home warranty when our hot water heater stopped lighting. The plumber came out and replaced the sensor, which was not the problem being indicated by the error light. When we pointed this out, he indicated that the heater was running and he had resolved the problem. He then left. Later that evening, the water heater would not light so we called back to follow up. The plumber came back out, looked at it, and ordered a new motor/blower assembly. When it arrived, we called and scheduled; he came and installed it, but did not stay to verify that it resolved the issue. When we had further issues and called back, he came out, looked at it, and left without giving additional instructions or a plan for job completion. Our ticket was open for 3 weeks without resolution or communication from the company. We continually tried to call Aaron's Plumbing and did not have our phone calls returned or our concerns remedied. We ultimately called our home warranty company and requested a new plumbing company. They came out and have since remedied the issue, which included reinstalling the blower assembly; the Aaron's plumber installed it incorrectly which is why the problem was not resolved. I would not recommend this company.

Worst company ever!! I wish I read the other reviews before I allowed the warranty company to send him to my home. The ""plumber"" installed a HUGE apparatus (color changing faucet) on my kitchen sink. He never got permission from me to do so and now will not remove it!! He only had ONE job! The faucet needed to be replaced, however MOST would replace with same or similar. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Totally waste of time and money.

Home Shield has sent this horrible company to my home twice and the plumber is an older lazy man. 1st time he put my husband to work then lied about needed repairs . 2nd time he couldn't complete the job. Reported him for bad attitude/adversarial..no follow up 1 week later. Beware of this company.

Terrible!! They didn't show up to 4-5 appointments I set up with them, I ended up missing plans I had waiting for them ALL night each time. They would lie and say they would be there in 20 minutes and never show up and constantly apologize. Not worth your time they are not respectful of your time at all. We ended up going with another company that was there the next day. I will never go to Aaron's plumbing again.

I initially found this company when I needed a drain rodded (their name also appears some places as Aaron's Plumbing). They did the job and did it for a lower cost than what many other companies would charge, so I continued to use them. However, I hired them on a recent rehab project and the construction work they did was sub-par (to put it nicely). They have also been difficult to work with as it usually takes awhile to get a call back, they often arrive much later than the appointments they set, and they sometimes cancel. I haven't hired them for any HVAC services so I can't comment on those.
