Great service could not find any one to repair a water problem.Then l call Aaron Crandall. He got to work right away. Had the problem fix with in a couple of hours. Real safe had a face mask on the whole time. I will be calling him for all my plumbing problem.

Wow! What can we say? We've found our new """"forever plumber""""!!!! We recently did a bathroom remodel and everything went well UNTIL the shower handle and valve were ready to be replaced. The handyman we hired did a great job, but he was unable to figure out what to do with the handle. We purchased a Pfizer bronze handle and shower head, but it didn't include a valve. Our ignorance of how the valve system works really caused the problem. The same was the case with the handyman. He was at Home Depot for over an hour trying to figure out what to do at which time, we decided to call a plumber. We took to the internet for a list of phone numbers for local plumbers and started dialing. We called FOUR different plumbers and got FOUR voice mail recordings. We got lucky on the FIFTH call which was to AARON CRANDALL PLUMBING. A person, Aaron, answered the call. After describing the issues we were experiencing, he asked me to send a picture of the existing handle and the new handle. Within MINUTES of getting the pictures, he called me back and explained exactly what the issue was!!!! Who knew that a Pfizer handle will NOT work on a 1992 Delta valve, or that that particular valve was no longer available??? Aaron did! That's who! :) To our surprise, Aaron indicated he could stop by on that SAME DAY! He came by the house and was very cognizant of the current Corona situation and informed us he would need to practice 'social distancing' and asked us if we had face covers! He brought a can of Lysol with him and was very thorough in disinfecting EVERY area he came in contact with. Aaron explained our options, one of which was to stay with Delta but they had NO BRONZE finishes available, only nickel and chrome. Neither of these finishes sat well with the interior designer, a.k.a. - my wife! :) We called around town and found a bronze Moen set at Lowes but there was only 1 of them left in stock. We reserved it and Aaron got to work. He had to cut through the wall on the back of the shower and he replaced the valve with one he had on the truck while my wife picked up the handle and shower head. He placed an access panel there which will come in handy if we ever need to access it again! After completing the work and giving us the bill at a price we previously agreed to, he told us the new Moen set actually came with a valve, so he gave us a discount for that!!! He just kept that valve as a replacement for the one he used from his truck!!! He knew how ignorant we were to plumbing issues and he could have EASILY taken advantage of us, billing us the full amount and keeping the new valve! That act alone showed us we made the right decision using him. If we ever need a plumber in the future, I will ONLY call Aaron Crandall Plumbing!!! Thank You Aaron!!! Alan and Kellie K. - Palm Coast

Top notch if you ask me!. I have had Josh work on several projects at my two houses during past five years and he has never failed me. His willingness to chat with me when I had questions. He always helped me gain better understanding of what it takes to do some of the projects. At the most recent job, he was installing a commercial hot water heater at my vacation rental house. The first one was delivered with a dent in the outer shell. Instead of proceeding to hook it up, he sent me pictures and gave me several options. This helped me decide to get another one. He was perfectly fine with it even though he would have to make another trip to the house to complete the job. I call that top-notch service and professionalism.
