Beware and never use this company! Had warranty work done 3/31/23 and was told they spoke to Rheem and it was covered! Received bill for 350.00 over the warranty payment from Rheem and they won provide statement from Rheem showing payment! Spoke with Contractor department at Rheem and they said they should not be billing the customer 4 months after service. Received bill on 8/24 with due date 8/25! Really ??? Rheem is going to call them Monday! They are bad mouthing Rheem also! Poor business!!!!

Trouble with our toilet .... couldn't get it to stop leaking. Called Aaron Crandall Plumbing and they had us on their service list and promised to come out that same day. A short time later they called and fit us in. Both plumbers were friendly and worked efficiently. The toilet is fixed and they left our bathroom without any sign they were working there. I highly recommend this company if you want expert plumbers.

My shower water was not hot enough, kitchen sink leaked, and toilet made a loud n when it refilled after flushing. All three issues were taken care of in one hour and the results were excellent.

josh and Dave came out as requested by Rheem ( we bought a new hot water heater) and they destroyed our install and changed everything so it would no longer pass code. They didn't fix the problem, charged us 1089.00 and left!!Poor( extremely) customer service. They refused to come back. We are elderly and feel completely taken advantage of. Still no hot water, and had to have someone else come and get our hot water heater back up to code.!

What can we say about Josh and Dave? Nothing but the best! Had two jobs for them to handle, a hot-water heater install and plumbing to an outdoor shower. Josh worked alone on the hot water heater install, and did a great job on that so we called him back a second time for the outdoor plumbing on the shower, and Dave came with him on that visit. They did a great job! Not only was their knowledge extensive of all things plumbing, but their work was copacetic and clean. Reasonable rates, and respectable of our premises. They were both great personable, professionals and easy to talk to! Such interesting men! Highly recommend them, and will continue to call them for all our future plumbing needs.
