Exceptional service. We called Friday night with a catastrophic failure in our plumbing requiring it to be shut off. Never having used a plumber here before, I called 3, leaving 3 messages. Aaron returned our call almost immediately, came over within an hour, inspected the failure located in a difficult location and repaired it within an hour for a reasonable price. We got a return call from the other 2 plumbers on Monday. Had we waited for a reply from them, we would have been without water all weekend, assuming they could even come right away then. Other plumbing advice he gave us indicated that he was very knowledgeable and experienced in that trade.

Top notch if you ask me!. I have had Josh work on several projects at my two houses during past five years and he has never failed me. His willingness to chat with me when I had questions. He always helped me gain better understanding of what it takes to do some of the projects. At the most recent job, he was installing a commercial hot water heater at my vacation rental house. The first one was delivered with a dent in the outer shell. Instead of proceeding to hook it up, he sent me pictures and gave me several options. This helped me decide to get another one. He was perfectly fine with it even though he would have to make another trip to the house to complete the job. I call that top-notch service and professionalism.

Beware and never use this company! Had warranty work done 3/31/23 and was told they spoke to Rheem and it was covered! Received bill for 350.00 over the warranty payment from Rheem and they won provide statement from Rheem showing payment! Spoke with Contractor department at Rheem and they said they should not be billing the customer 4 months after service. Received bill on 8/24 with due date 8/25! Really ??? Rheem is going to call them Monday! They are bad mouthing Rheem also! Poor business!!!!

Great service could not find any one to repair a water problem.Then l call Aaron Crandall. He got to work right away. Had the problem fix with in a couple of hours. Real safe had a face mask on the whole time. I will be calling him for all my plumbing problem.

got to tell u. would never ever use this co again. they quoted me a hybrid system and did not install. they gave me a$500 water heater w cold hot water valves on top and charged me$2800!! . that's 2300 in labor... bait n switch and they thought i was too stupid to know. bad business. i put a complaint into palm coast business for doing this wo a permit ......permit done later after my complaints

Aaron Crandall Plumbing came highly recommended to me and We were not disappointed! In a nutshell, got an appointment the next day, he was prompt, courteous, professional and very reasonable prices. He finished the job quickly and gave some pointers in way that was non judgmental to avoid having the same issues in the future. No longer need to ask around for a plumber we found ours and will not hesitate to use again in the future and will highly recommend him to anyone that asks

They INSTALLED NEW VALVES so we could shut the water off and work on the heater. The original outdated brittle plastic valves wouldn't work anymore & changed to state of the art brass ball valves.
