Very untimely and very poor customer service. Came across very rude from the start. He even inadvertently admited to illigal shady practices. Why is he the cheapest? He does stuff under the table and cuts corners. This is the type of guy you don't want to let know where you live as you don't want him coming back when you are not around or under the cover of darkness. BEWARE. Find someone else that will provide you great customer service even if it cost a little more. You will be glad you did, when you already have septic trouble you don't want anything less than the best.

I cannot tell you how they are at their job but I wasted several days messing around. He told me to text, so I did, then he came out for about 15 mins and left to go check on two other jobs (digging was involved in mine, I don't think he was a fan). He said, "I will be back if the rain doesn't come in." Well no rain, just sun but no call or text. At about 4 PM I just said let's plan for Monday. I got a, "Sorry, Monday is good." Monday rolled around and he was a no show. I texted saying, "I hope you are okay but I can't do business like this." Truth be told, after calling 4-5 places he had the best price...I think I now know why. Sometimes it is worth paying more.

We used this guy to fix out septic system. We made the mistake of paying in advance and then didn't see him again for weeks. We had to call many times before finally getting the job done. We paid over $500 just for the pump alone and now 2.5 years later ( and wouldn't got that long if we didn't have a 3 chamber system which he didn't even know we had) our septic alarm is sounding again. We call a different business to service and they show us that a $60 pump from Home Depot was used, which isn't the right pump for our system. Only call this guy if you enjoy getting ripped off. The small cheap pump is on the left. The correct pump is the large red one on the right.

Called on a Monday to schedule service same day and was told he would 'try' to make it out. Never heard back until I reached out later in the evening. Booked service for later in the week. Was promised service that day, told me he had personal business to take care of in Fort Worth and coming back which was fine and never showed up again. Had to reach out to find out he wasn't going to show up again, so then I just scheduled another company. Not reliable, poor communication.
