Service, efficiency, and human decency are all desired when seeking expert technicians to resolve our emergencies. My home emergency was no different but unusual in that I got all of these things and more from Aarco's terrific service. After a leak had been giving us headaches for months I called up Aarco to explain our situation. A few plumbers and others had tried to investigate a mysterious leak in our garage area. We had even replaced the water heater due to rust damage. At this point we were so sick of dealing with ineffectual work. Kenny was the complete opposite of ineffectual. He gave us a flat rate upfront which, compared to other plumbers, was a hell of a deal. More well known businesses charging hourly could have made the job double the price. While here Kenny made sure we understood every part of his process and explained everything clearly, with no wasted time and embodying a picture of effective efficiency. He made sure we saw where the leak was coming from. Kenny runs a one man show and as such you can be sure he values his reputation. I gladly recommend him to all with leak or plumbing problems because you wont find a better combination of service, price, and efficiency.
