i am very pleased with their service.tim and michael are very knowledgeable about the process,answered my questions proficiently. i have used other companies initially but never pursued to have them do the service since they are very focused on breaking down the walls and drying even without planning to do the pipe that caused the leakage.aside from tht they just want me to hurriedly sign paperwork but since they were not able to answer my questions,i stopped them.those are resciue rooter and empitre.

Because I used AAP many times for plumbing when it came time to replace my HVAC system
I got several quotes. AAP gave me the best price so I had them install a high efficiency 18 SEER Amana heat pump system in my house. everything went perfect on the install. the job
was completed in 1 day. 5 star for AAP. time will tell for Amana. (so far I love the system)

We had some plumbing needs in our master bathroom. AAP sent out Josh W. to our home in Rialto. He was super nice and very professional. He fixed our problems and he didn't leave a mess. We had to have him come back out for another issue. And again great service. Ask for Josh, you won't regret it. We are looking to have AAP do some other things we need some around the house.

This company uses the bait and switch. They tell you that they will do a leak detection for $99.99 witch means that they will tell you that you have a leak which you already knew when you called them out. To locate the leak is $275.00 and they will not locate the leak unless they do the job. Then they will try to upsell to you to re-pipe your whole house. I was told that I did have a slab leak. Guess what, it was in the wall. In reply to reading your comment. Why are you charging $99.00 for a leak detection? The definition of detection is: The act or process of discovering, finding or noticing something. (Source - Merriam-Webster's Learner's Dictionary) People know that they have a leak when they call you in the first place. So again that is tactic to get in the door. You cant charge the initial fee of $99.00 to locate the leak since most people just want to know where the leak is and get someone else to do the job. The money is made by re-piping the house. Lets me honest do you make more money repairing the leak or re-piping the house? If I pay for a service, why would it make a difference who I get to repair the leak. I'm not going to hold you liable. Repairing a leak and finding a leak are two different things. I know how to wear a dress but I don't know how to sew one. So your comment about a plumber not being qualified if they can not locate the leak is useless. And you failed to mention anything about your repair team upselling re-piping my whole house and taking out a government loan for $12,000-$20,000.

I had an excellent experience with this company. I dealt with William, who explained the whole process and what to expect with the slab leak. They were accommodating with my tenants schedule. The crew that came out was very knowledgeable with slab leaks and they cleaned up after the job was completed. I will definitely refer them.

This is the second time I have used these guys. Michael came out quickly, gave my a reasonable quote and scheduled to come by later when he finished the job he had left to come by my house. My kitchen sink had failed and flooded my kitchen. Michael pointed out that my faucet wasn't worth trying to rebuild and suggested I buy a new one at Home Depot. I did just that and he came back when he said he would and replaced it. When you need a plumbing issue resolved quickly and correctly these are the guys to call. I'm done spending all day trying to do this stuff myself and not being sure if it's done right. I'm just going to call Michael and get it done right the first time!

We had a major leak in our master bathroom/laundry room. Called AAP up and they came in an hour and stayed till the job was done. Our service man even cleaned up the mess. The room looked even better than it had before they came. They had Great customer service. I will use them again and again for all my plumbing needs!
