Terrible service. Just terrible. No concept of customer service. I don't like leaving bad reviews for companies, esp small businesses, but this conduct is so unacceptable, I am making the effort to share with the community re what is going on.

I called this company to get an estimate for a project. The plumber came, and he seemed ok - he gave me an estimate and time-frame. He instructed me to get parts and call him back directly to setup a time and date so the plumber (Carlos) can come back to install the items.

So I got the items, called back, left him a vm, sent him a text - but nothing. So I called the main office back saying to inquire what's going on. Some lady picked up and mentioned, that Stephanie isn't available who handled my case and that Stephanie will call back later this day. She never called me.

A week or two later, in the meantime, my situation has changed - I had additional plumbing items to replace, and I still haven't heard back from AAP nor the plumber, I call back asking what is going on, I tell them what is going on that I haven't heard back to schedule my plumbing repair and she says that she has apologized a thousand times and will apologize ""to a point"".

First of all, they never apologized till I reached out - so a far cry from ""apologized a thousand times"". A real apology would have been if someone from their office (preferably the owner) had reached out to me to say ""I'm sorry, we messed up - how can we make this up for you?"" I understand that we are all human, we all make mistakes and we all deserve a 2nd chance.
But none of that happened.

Second, what on earth does that mean ""apologize to a point""? Either they say sorry or not. Either they recognize what they did is unacceptable or not. This is just baloney.

They have no idea how to treat customers right. They have forgotten their customers. They are just not able to follow through on their promise. So if they can't follow up a simple promise of calling someone repeatedly, what else are they messing up?

Will never contact this company again. Never and I really can't recommend this company to others.

I was given a quote of $165 to $200. I wrote it down and repeated back to Justine. When Steve got here he first thing he said was $285. BAIT AND SWITCH. They get the job with a low quote then when they arrive they up the price. They tell you it was a misunderstanding. No misunderstanding they lied and it was a BAIT AND SWITCH. Never using them again @!

AAP did a slab leak repair, reroute in my home last year. So this year, when I had yet another leak in the ceiling, I turned to them to see if it had anything to do with the last job. It turns out that it was a shoddy job done by Bath Planet who installed my shower. AAP came out and fixed it even though it had nothing to do with their previous one. They are an amazing company that does a fantastic job and stand by their work 100%. Cesar was polite, efficient, a professional in his work and wore a mask. I highly recommend this company.

Great company! Fast response time! We had a leak. They came out on very short notice and were able to resolve our issue.

This company OVERCHARGES!! We called them out on Sat because our toilet would not flush even after many times plunging it. We Assumed our line was clogged. They sent a guy named Cesario out and he pulled the toilet and flushed the line only to find out the line wand fine, the toilet was the issue. He gave an estimate of $475 to replace the toilet after we just paid $145 for him to tell us we need a new toilet. We declined the $475 offer and just paid him $145 for what little he did. We bought a new toilet ourselves and called them back out to just install it. I was completely shocked that they charged $375 just to install it!!! WTF? That is an insane amount but since my Dad is a senior citizen, he didn't know any better and paid it. I was so upset when I got home and found out what they charged him. I would NEVER recommend this company. It should not have cost more than $100-$150 if even that. Beware

Very satisfied with AAP Home Services. Carlos and Jacob were on time, professional,friendly,informative and did a fantastic job repairing my gas leak. I'm very satisfied with the work.I will definitely use this company again. And when I do I will request Carlos and Jacob.

Unfortunately, I have to update my former review of AAP from a 5 star to less than a 1 star. They don't care about making the customer happy and would rather argue with you for 30 minutes - than spend 10 minutes to jet a sink drain that was under warranty. Their solution to open a drain was to jack hammer our kitchen floor and tear out the granite counters and cabinets rather than hydro-jetting the line, which worked in the past. Our response to this ridiculous option was laughable - I guess every house that has drain issues has to completely rebuild the plumbing system. Talking to the office manager about this issue was a total waste of time; she apparently thought all we wanted was a free drain cleaning rather than addressing the problem. Bottom line - we won't have AAP over again and can't recommend them.

They have worst customer service.they don't stand behind their work poor customer skills. Poor work they flooded my house then the refused to stand behind their work. Im waiting for the owner to call me his employees refused to contact him for me. I give them a 0. Worst office manager very unprofessional.

Very unhappy with the customer service from AAP! I used them in the past and was very happy with their service, up until the most recent time when I called to address my concern about a leak detection that was done that was not necessary, the office manager Stephanie took a week to call me back!!! I will not use them again and recommend that you look else where too!
