I own a restaurant in Chino Hills and one of our floor drains was getting backed up. Called multiple other plumbers who didn't respond. Finally was referred to All American Plumbing. The lady over the phone was friendly and said I would receive a text message when the techs were on their way. We were greeted by Steven & Mike. They assisted the situation and suggested they come back in the morning because the hydro-jetting can get loud and they didn't want to interrupt any customers. Steven and Mike showed up promptly the next morning and handled the job in a timely manner before we had to open up for business. They cleaned up the mess & went on their way. Pricing was reasonable and work definitely recommend them to family & friends and especially other restaurant affiliates.

Side Note: I felt comfortable enough to chit chat with Steven about a plumber I had used in the past. I loved this guy but only was he a vendor I used. He was a customer and friend. Well Bob is actually Steven Uncle. So now I feel completely connected to AAP because I've have finally found a company who's honest and reliable like my good old friend Bob!

Very responsive in scheduling appointment. The crew of Steven and Mike showed up at the scheduled time and got right to work. They worked non-stop and still had time and patience to explain what they were doing and why. They fixed the long chronic problem and gave us good advice as to deal with other plumbing/water issues in our house

Had a water heater that needed replacing today. they said they would be there between 3 and 5. They were knocking on my door at 3. they were in an out within a hour. Work was solid. Used them before and will use them again.

Called this Plumber who advertises in Orange County on Friday, they could not respond until
9-11 on Monday. They did not arrive until 5:00 PM. Found out they charge by the job and not by the hour. Had to have a simple Re-route for which they overcharged $ 1400.00. When you call these people they know you have a problem and are vulnerable so they are prepared to take advantage of the situation. They also promised to send a $ 50.00 Visa card for being so late.
Very bad experience.
