R P.On the advice of a friend, we contacted Aalco to clean out our residential septic tank. They seemed to be professional and showed us how we needed extensive service. The cost was 10x what we would have paid for just the septic cleaning but it really looked like we needed it.
They completed the actual work but left our lawn a mess! Piles of dirt everywhere and when we called to complain, they were not helpful at all. Upon fixing the lawn ourselves, we found that they threw the old septic parts into the piles they left. These parts would have caused extensive damage to our lawn mower and someone could have gotten hurt. Only after all of this did we find out that the drivers/servicemen work on a commission basis! Now we really doubt all of the repairs they did. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR RESIDENTIAL WORK!!!!!!!!! At the very least, do not trust that they will return your lawn to normal.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - we wish we had!
