Let me say WOW. This man and his business are a joke. We called Andrew three week into June of 2022 to get a quote on installing a new water line from the new water meter to our home. At first, he was very nice during phone calls. Only thing is I HAD TO CALL HIM. I never got phone calls back. When he gave us the quote it was price at $3,500 for half a mile of piping ( BIG JOB I KNOW.) The day he gave me the quote he told me he would not be able to start for 6-8 weeks out. I told him that is perfectly fine. He told me great he would get the permits and 811 to come out and mark the fiber lines. I said awesome. With that being said, it was two weeks went by not call. I HAD TO CALL HIM again, just for him to tell me he will be out that soon to mark where he wants to dig. Keep in consideration we have had not water for 3 weeks at this point. I called during July 4th to try and speed this up because we have had no water. He told us he would put us on the emergency list and be out that following weekend to spray with white paint and one the white markings were sprayed he would be able to give me a date when he would install the water line. I said awesome thank you. I waited that following Saturday all day no call and no show. I waited till Monday to call HIM AGAIN, just for him to tell me something came up and he will be out that following Saturday. It happened again no call and no show. I call the following Monday again hoping to get answers. Its now been three weeks into July and this man has not came out to mark like he told me. I got told for the third time he would be out to spray on Saturday. I waited all day Saturday, it was about 7pm I called again and was told his guys were stuck in Boone on a job that himself will be out Sunday to mark the digging area. Andrew did show finally on Sunday to mark with white paint at the end of July early august weekend. After the site was marked in white, he never called again to tell us when he could start. I called the following Monday the first week of August. He told me was going to get his buddy to see if he would not mind switching his big job for us to get start next week. I said great, waited for a call back nothing. I called two days later he stated his buddy agreed to switch his jobs out for us. I asked again and doubled confirmed he would start next week (8/8-8/14) he yes he will be that week. I waited till Tuesday no one has called or came yet. I called from my number I been calling from no answer. I tried messaging nothing even left a voice mail, no return. I got smart and called on my work phone just to see if he will answer. He answered after two rings. Told me they would be out Saturday 8/13 that they had a 500 ft job in another part of wilkesboro. I said great see you soon. Saturday came, 9:30 am no one and no call. I tried on my cell no answer. I tried on my grandfathers number ( a number he did not know) he answered(That told me right there he was ignoring my calls and trying to ghost us.) My boyfriend talked to Andrew and he told my boyfriend he was on a job and would try to make it out there today if not they would come on another day they dig and we would be the first job. Well see his story did not add up when he told us that because he told me his good buddy from another company was suppose to switch his jobs to come out and get us done. But just told my boyfriend that HE, himself was coming out to dig? So which one is the right story? We finally decided to give this man a call today 8/15 at 12pm and ask for a exact date of installing he told my boyfriend that he was busy, and that he told us from the first day he was booked 4-6 months out (which was a lie) and that he was not digging in the rain (its not even raining today.) And that he is out people to just ago head an get someone else (which we were already going to do.) This man as done nothing but wasted out time, and gave us the run around each phone call. Let alone we have had to contact him just to even get information. Now here we are two months from having water when he knew this. Don't waste your time!

The water at my cabin had a lot of rust and a bad smell. They recommended and installed a filter system that has made all the difference. Their original visit was to fix a crushed septic pipe, and they did a great job with that too. Very friendly, responsive and capable.

Was given a quote, they came and did the job and the invoice was more than 4 times the amount of the quote, this should have been communicated before the job was completed. They took advantage of the situation.

AAG Pluming was suppose to come out at 9am on Tuesday but at 9:30 still a no show so I called they had a emergency with one of their guys which was understandable and told me they would call me back in hr with a time they could come out. 2 hrs later still no call so I call them again to see what is going on they inform us they can't be here until 4 that day... ok great I went got done what I had to do and was back by 3:30 to meet them. They didn't show up until 4:30 and was here for a few mins and said he needed to go get a part he would be back in a hr. It is now after midnight and still no plumber. Called and he told me if he came out tonight it would be extra charge...umm wtf HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!! Anyway the next day came and I have still heard nothing from them.... well ended up calling a different plumber (Vannoy & Lankford Plumbing Co) yesterday bc AAG just ghosted and never returned... DO NOT USE THEM THEY HAVE HORRIABLE CUSTOMER CARE!!!!!
anyways on a happy note Vannoy & Lankford Plumbing Co was out at 8:30 this morning and had everything I needed done in a hour and half and charged me half of what AAG was going to. If you need a plumber call Vannoy & Lankford Plumbing Co. They will do you right!!!!

I had a appointment for 9am on Tuesday,the man who was supposed to do the job was in a accident ok well they could have call and informed me they would be late or than they would need to reschedule.no I had to call them at 9:30 to see where they were at .that is when I was told of the issue and they said they would be here at 4 if it was OK. I agreed and was here at 3:45 they didn't show up till 4:30. They came in look around And left said they need a piece of equipment and said they would be back in one hour. I call back at 9pm they said that they were wating on the equmpment. Then at 12:23am I texted him to see if he was still coming because he said he would. No reply, the same at 9 this morning. And now they will not answer any calls or messages. I do not recomend this company.they are no longer answering my calls and have entirely ghosted me
