I contacted AAB Saturday evening and Allen got back to me quickly. Explained my issue and he offered to come then. Wasn't an emergency so I asked if he could come in the morning (Sunday). He came first thing, diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it even faster. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and very fair prices. I wouldn't hesitate to use AAB again.

Allen is professional and knowledgeable. He claims to be the family guy with family prices and truly proved that today. We had a flooded crawl space and requested his services to figure out the cause. Allen quickly diagnosed the sump pump, went to get a replacement and changed it out in less than 2 hours on a holiday! Thanks for coming very quick. What I did not like that I wrote the leak is coming at the floor level , underneath the toilet . He told me it sound like is the tank gasket or the line is back up. When he came automatically change the wax . Which is 75.00 and then he realized it was not the wax but charge me for that. I feel that I paid extra for something that was good. The problem ended up being a corroded knob inside the tank. So he said it was 150.00 , but I told him
Why you change the wax if it wasn't that you should not charge me for the wax . He said because I told him it was the wax . That is not a good answer. If you are the expert , you are coming to find the problem please and not to assume the customer knows what it is. I put 3 because at least is fixed and is working good.

HONEST! That is Allen. He took his time to explain to me possible solutions to my problem without making a dime off me. I hope the solutions work but if not I have his number saved in my phone. He is in the business to not just make money but most importanly make sure the customers issues are taken care off.

Quoted $1100 to install a 50 gallon water heater that I would supply and told it would take two days for them to come. Called a master plumber who installed for under $400. If you want to be price gouged go with these guys. $1100 for a 30-60 min job is ridiculous.

I can't thank Allen enough! Our garbage disposal was broken but suddenly began leaking late last night. I immediately hopped on Yelp and found Allen, who was fast, responsive, easy to work with. He came out today, took a look and told us we needed a new disposal. We originally scheduled the installation for tomorrow, but he found a hardware store just minutes away and offered to come back today and get it done. I'm extremely happy with the quick, efficient, and friendly service. Allen is absolutely our new go-to plumber!
