Thanks for coming very quick. What I did not like that I wrote the leak is coming at the floor level , underneath the toilet . He told me it sound like is the tank gasket or the line is back up. When he came automatically change the wax . Which is 75.00 and then he realized it was not the wax but charge me for that. I feel that I paid extra for something that was good. The problem ended up being a corroded knob inside the tank. So he said it was 150.00 , but I told him
Why you change the wax if it wasn't that you should not charge me for the wax . He said because I told him it was the wax . That is not a good answer. If you are the expert , you are coming to find the problem please and not to assume the customer knows what it is. I put 3 because at least is fixed and is working good.

Quoted $1100 to install a 50 gallon water heater that I would supply and told it would take two days for them to come. Called a master plumber who installed for under $400. If you want to be price gouged go with these guys. $1100 for a 30-60 min job is ridiculous.
