Allen is not the right choice if you live Washington, DC (or likely anywhere outside of Baltimore).

We set up an appointment for Friday at 12pm. At 12:15pm, he hadn't arrived or contacted me. I reached out and he texted that he had an emergency and needed to re-schedule. He offered to take money off the job and apologized.

We rescheduled for Sunday at 10am. AGAIN, Allen did not show up and did not respond to any of my texts or calls to see where he was. I haven't heard from him since.

Very frustrating experience. Don't waste your time like I did.

I called at 845pm on a Thursday night. Allen gave me pricing over the phone after I explained the issue. He arrived at 930pm and had the issue corrected in 15 minutes. I would use him again!

Allen did an amazing job!!!! We will definitely use him again. We had a leak come through our family room ceiling at 9pm on a Wednesday. We called Allen and he arrived in 30 minutes. He quickly determined what the issue was and had it fixed in less than an hour. Amazing service and great prices!

Allen came to my house in few hours after a call. He fixed main drainage stoppage by removing toilet for sneaking and putting it back after work was done. Left place clean. Price was fair.
