Called on a Monday told them the specific part I needed on my steam boiler, gave them the exact model number and part number, they said no problem. The next day they missed their three hour window by an hour. Didn't bring the part. Said they would come any time the next day with the right part. Would not call me back till the end of the third day to tell me they don't even service steam boilers. The technician didn't even know the difference between a steam boiler and a water boiler. The owner (who will no doubt make up some lying excuse) should be ashamed of themselves for trying to sell such an unprofessional. This is they type of company that gives Tradesman a bad name, unethical and unprofessional to the core. They left me without heat with little kids at home, and they could care less about their incompetence.

(Update to owners: Just a liar. They showed up to my house twice and were so bad they didn't know the difference between a boiler and a furance. Looks at their reviews and avoid. These are the type of people that gives the trades a bad name.)

Puchased our furnace from AAARK in 2004. Called at 5:30pm on a Tuesday because the house was 39 degrees and the web site says they provide 24/7 emergency service. I disconnected after being on hold 2 hours. :( You gotta do better.

We were doing a partial remodel of the kitchen. We replaced countertops and needed to install a new stove top etc. The guy the counter place recommended decided he wasn't going to return calls. It took months to get the appliances etc and now we had no installer. I had called AAARK for the furnace and noticed they also do remodel work. I called to schedule an inspection and they scheduled me the next day. Three guys showed up and got the work done. Months of dealing with other companies wasted. I wish I had called AAARK from the start. Nice guys. Efficient. They did what they said they would do. And they knew what needed to be done.

I will use this company again without hesitation.

Denver Water is assisted by Aaark as Denver Water replaces the main water supply line to each house in Congress Park. Nick Mancuso from Aaark came to make the final connections inside my house along-with a new on/off valve. Nick was quite thorough and helpful to me I really appreciate that.

We've used AAArk for a number of years for numerous things from a completely new panel to AC repair to rewiring an appliance from 120 to 220. Quick, responsive, professional. And everyone I've dealt with on phone or on site are just genuinely nice people. Shout out to Jimmy and Travis.

This place is horrible, it's very clear that everyone there does not care about you or your problem. I would give them no stars if that was an option.I suggest you don't even waste your time.

I called the owner who listened to my water heater problems and we decided a new heater was needed. He was able to send a plumber on Saturday to install it but when his plumber got here, he noticed another part which he suspected may be the culprit. He could've kept this from me and proceeded to install the new heater for 7x the cost of replacing these parts but had this guy had the integrity to shoot straight instead. When done there was a small leak which he had to make a trip to get special parts for, yet didn't charge more for this extra hour of work on a Saturday. Very happy!

I got a bill for $125.00 that took a guy 5 min. to remove a bar of soap from my toilet. In that time he ruined the porcelain in the bowl, muddied up the floors in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway (that I had to clean up) and I have to pay?? They should be paying me!!

We had an issue with a recent AAARK repair bill, and the company was quick to make it right. We've been pleased with the promptness and courteousness of the AAARK installers we've dealt with, and plan on reaching out to them again with future installation needs.

The guys at Aaark are fantastic. I've used them for several projects and they pay attention to detail and am very pleased. I've worked with at least half a dozen of their workers and all have been top notch and professional. Here are the projects Aaark has done for me:

New furnace: they showed up fast to replace an old failed furnace during winter. It is dialed in and working great.
Humidifier: this required tricky duct work to fit in my small utility room space.
Swamp cooler: replaced an old rusty and leaky unit. Moved it to a better place on the roof that was up to code.
Hot water heater: 50 gallon is nice. Clean water pipe work.
Gutters: just got these yesterday. Look good. Replaced old steel ones that were from 1958.
Water valve: needed a new water valve that feeds the sprinkler system. Old one started to develop a leak.

Thanks Aaark!
