Ben M.I am only giving the second star because I called on a Sunday afternoon and they had someone there in less than 1 hour.
As for the service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
The pilot light went out on our water tank and we were having issues with the ignition switch. The technician diagnosed it and claimed the gas control knob was bad. He offered us the option of replacing it (~$600) or having the water heater replaced (~$1200).
We felt the need to seek a 2nd opinion the next morning. A technician arrived and solved the problem in less than 30 minutes without replacing a single thing!
Cathy G.The plumber arrived at 5:00 pm and replaced a small cap under the kitchen sink. He was here for 5 minutes and charged us $262.50. When we called the office and spoke to the manager, she said that was their minimum charge. If we had known that we would have called someone else. We give them one star for showing up quickly and the plumber was friendly. It's not his fault that the company is ripping off customers.
