Dave and Steve were absolutely great! I'm selling my home and needed the sewer snaked. They came out and were there for about 30-45 mins. They took the time to explain the process to me. They have competitive prices and gave me the best deal. They are very trustworthy and professional. Would recommend them to anyone and will defiantly be using them again in the future! Great guys & a great company!

I have used Dave before for sewer scopes at properties before purchasing. This was the first time using the crew for an actual issue. David and Steve showed up on time and throughly took care of the blocked drain in our rental home. They were very polite and gave great tips to help make sure the renters do not have an issue again. I had been using the same plumbing company for many years and after having them out 6 times in the last six months, I knew I needed a second opinion. I now have a new company to trust and recommend!

Dave & his crew are very good at sewer and drain cleaning. We have used his company several times on our own home and on rental properties and he has always tried to fit me in when I've needed a quick sewer cleanout. I recommend Dave & AAAA Sewer & Drain Cleaning for his fair pricing and good work.

I would never call these people again. They charged $75.00 to put waterproof tap around an exposed leaky, approximately 3"" diameter, pipe. Ridiculous. I feel totally taken advantage of by this company.

I am only giving them one review because I can't give them zero! We used them to have our sewer line inspected before we bought our house told us there was only one little crack out of the house easy fix! We moved into the house and now have had 5 different plumbers to our house to give us an estimate on how much it would be to fix our sewer line! Our little ""crack"" turned out to be we need the entire sewer line replaced every three feet there was a crack or it was completely separated! Half of it was already caved in!

Scheduled an appointment for noon on my day off, here guys call at 9:45 to say I have an appointment at 11 but they're coming over now. Basically bully me into saying yes even though I had other things scheduled for the same day but whatever, these guys know they have you over a barrel.
They were contracted to repair a burst pipe head in my driveway, they snake the drain, pull out a bunch of crap and load out to leave.
I asked ""what about the pipe head, it's still broken?""
Guy tells me I don't need it fixed, I tell him ""but I called you because I wanted to fixed, I don't want water and sewage backing into my driveway""
He proceeds to talk at me like I'm at idiot that because they snaked the drain I won't have problems and I don't need it fixed so I should stop complaining.
These guys are dismissive, rude, pushy and completely unprofessional.

Unfortunately I wasn't the one who contracted these fools, my rental company did: maybe if they checked Yelp they would've known that sometimes reviews DO matter.

I have used Aaaa several times in the past. Unfortunately their quality of work and customer service has gone down hill rapidly - not so good - not so friendly. It appears they only want the easy bare basic jobs. They do the bare minimum so a follow up visit is required. The quote for the additional work was double what other plumbers charge. I called them back to confirm. And again very rough and gruff --- yup --- that's our price. They learned a page from the other plumbers we used in the past play book. Why do the work on the first visit ? It is best to do the bare minimum so a follow up visit is required. Then .. gouge the customer on the follow up visit. Buyer beware. In the past, they had the best service for the best price. It appears their business model has changed in 2016. Very unfortunate --- time to rescind my recommendation to my friends and neighbors.

DO NOT USE! The workers showed up 50 minutes late which made me push back my other business appointments and sat in driveway smoking while I waited for them. I needed my sewer drain camera inspected for a possible home purchase and by there appearance I was already discouraged. The 2 workers took only 10 minutes to tell me my sewer line was in need of serious maintenance and when they called me downstairs, that I needed a expansion cutter/saw and RooterX which they gave an estimate of $650.00. I asked for a dvd of the sewer line and they would not provide one for me, I asked if I could see what they saw and said they had other appointments they had to attend too, $95.00 for there service and inspection I never saw!! 2 days later I had another company come and give me another inspection for a second opinion. Turns out my sewer line was fine and they did the inspection and cleaning for only $105.00 with chemical treatment guaranteed with 1 year warranty, thank you Edwards plumbing and cleaning for saving me from this massive scam!

Two guys can to my house 30 minutes early which was great so I could get to work. I was having them put RootX in my drain. Once they put it in they had me flush the toilet 2 times. Literally were at my house 5 mins. $150.00. While they were in he truck writing up the receipt I heard water leaking in the basement. The guy came in as I showed him the water leaking. His response was are you having problems with your toilet? Told me I needed to go to hardware store buy was green goo to seal up the pipes! The other guy came in and told me the RootX got stuck where the pipe turned. He put it in the wrong opening! It was a mess! Never will I use them again. They brought in a shop vac to take water out of the toilet and proceeded to get water everywhere.

AAAA came out during our house inspection to scope the sewer line. They were flexible and responsive when I was trying to schedule the appointment, and they were definitely inexpensive (but not bad, I was assured by my realtor). The guy came when he said he would and was happy to walk me through the actual process. For $95 I was able to check out the sewer line all the way to the street, found out that the sewer line had clay pipes, and saw that there were some tiny roots growing through the joints. Off course, the tech offered his services to apply Root-X and to go in with either a three-inch or six-inch tool to clear out the pipe. We haven't taken possession of the house yet, but once we do, I'll be sure to call them again to get the pipes cleared out.
