Toilet back up...sewage in the shower stall...calling several places...late on a Tuesday night. I get ahold of these clowns....""""get a pencil and right this down so I don't have to repeat myself"""" he says....Just tell me I can add it up as you go, I tell him. He started to rattle off fees for this and that and got well over $600 dollars...I told him never mind, thanks for your time....his reply """"F**K YOU, don't call me bac!"""".....I don't think he needs to worry about that! Roto-Rooter...$436.00 less a $75 dollar coupon. """"Cheapest"""" my butt!

Horrible Company. Very strange business practices. Have a lot of reviews but let me just tell you I had a horrible experience. Very responsive in beginning. Then when work is done and you need something. No response. No call, no text. Did not even give receipt. Charged almost $500 for a $99 toilet. Makes you pay with pay pal friends and family after work is done so they don't have to pay fee's or tax's. Go anywhere else!!!!! Horrible.

Called and asked for whole house RO service and repair and was told they can not find filters? What? Said that I needed to find filters and they could put them in for me... but I have filters and do that myself already! Wanted someone to service the system, check the lines, clean the tank, test the water and replace what needed to be fixed. Gave every excuse not to do the job including they were looking for help. Should have said that when I first inquired. Would not recommend. Too many excuses.

I had this company replace my well pump 5 days ago and ran into water trouble again. I had to call another company to fix the well pump. They found that the well pump slipped off the water pipe. AAAA plumbing was certain that nothing was wrong with the installation and did not want to pull the pump out to inspect it. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

The guy ran two snakes down my drains to tell me he cant fix it then charged me 500. Took him the whole freaking day too. Now my family is struggling and pooping in bags. Not cheap like he says. Hopefully my family can eat... other companies told me they would've only charged me $300. Go somewhere else. Also tip for everyone who see the reviews. The guy does Pay for the reviews and blames it on competitors for clout. Filter your reviews with the low stars first. You will see all the people fessing up to taking money from the guy.
