This is the first time in a long time that a company gave, what I feel, were fair prices, along with thorough explanation's of the issue or problem. Where other companies who may have thought they caused a problem, would not take responsibility for fixing something caused as a result of their service , not even half of the responsibility, that is often expected as there is no proof of course. however, to assume it will cost thousands of dollars to remedy with out clear evidence of cause, is predatory to say the least. AAA1 rooting Services (Recomended by fellow building management colleague) on their first visit did No Such Thing. The Technition, Alex, took his time to located the problem as I'd been told by other companies was the cause. Alex explained thoroughly through diagrams, using whatever pieces of twigs or wet soil he need to draw how what I thought could nit be the problem as explained do that I could understand, then he proceeded to call in his office for another hand to help get the job done. To gather they solve the problem -took pictures of what he suspected ( he had been correct) so that I could relay to my tenants (again) I recommend them highly. I will now be a regular customer. thank you for your services.

Johnny was at my apartment to fix a leak under the sink (which was fixed within 5 minutes)
As Johnny was pulling up, he caught my partner and I in the middle of trying to move our new couch into the building. We were obviously struggling and weren't able to do it alone. He had his son and nephew help us carry it in, unbox it, and position it exactly where we wanted it.

John, Johnny, Suzy and the crew do fantastic work. I actually met them over 10 years ago when they were working for a roofer company. Now they are out on their own. Being in the property management business the stopped up sink or toilet is the most common problem. No problem here! I simply call, text or give the resident(s) the phone number and generally within 2 hours they are out there and the problem is solved. Fast forward I come to find out that they do light plumbing as well. Replacing garbage disposals, new toilets, you name it, they will do it. This is my go to plumbing service.
