Spoke with Barry at AAA WATER WELL and explained water well not working and as this is a business I need to get repaired today. I told him I had checked electrical and it was good. He stated they could repair today and would send a technician. Technician called and I repeated what I had told Barry. He stated it was probably a bad pump. Technician arrived in a mini van ,checked system and said I really can't tell you anything more than you told me but I think it is a bad pump. Then he stated they didn't have any pumps today. I stated why did they show up if they couldn't repair pump. Technician spoke with Barry and said they would try and find a pump or borrow one from a competitor but nothing was for sure. At this point I received a call from Hildebrandt's Well Service who stated they could be there in an hour and repair even if it was a bad pump.
I told technician I had to have fixed today and was using another company. He spoke with Barry again and stated he would have to bill $145.00 for coming out. As I payed him, he apologized several times for having to bill me when in reality they did nothing. I explained I was not angry with him and when things didn't go as they should , that was what YELP was for. Barry took this call knowing they could not repair and in my opinion was just trying to generate income from a service call.

We're building an in-ground pool, & excavation crew busted Well line. Chase from AAA Water Well came out and helped us to determine if the well pump was okay. He told my husband how to fix it. Called his boss, explained our ordeal. His boss decided not to even charge us for the service call. Thank you so much guys!!!!
