My Wife woke up not very happy the other morning when our hot water wouldn't turn on!! Yikes!! I immediately scanned the internet to see who can help us. These guys had all 5 stars and seemed to know their stuff so i thought why not. I called them up and it was a great experience! They had me send in photos of my water heater. It was super old so we decided to get a new water heater installed instead of trying to repair it. They had their employee Cody come over the next day to replace it and I couldn't believe how fast he did it. Our new water heater looks a lot nicer than our old one too!! Great company!!

Really great prices and great guys. They got me a brand new water heater installed the same day that I called in. I had to replace my old one since it was leaking literally everywhere. I did call around to a few places and I have to say that they do have the most competitive prices.Not the cheapest but I was happy just to get a same day installation. Their plumbers have been doing water heater installs for years so I felt confident having them do the work. Great customer service also, I highly recommend.

Recently had Bill and Cody over to do some work. They both helped get my hot water heater working again. I didn't expect for two plumbers to come but the job went by super fast because of it so I was glad both showed up. 

The repair itself was inexpensive and nothing extreme. I was a little worried to be paying a lot but I was actually charged a really reasonable amount. Really great deal.

Really glad they were able to get my water heater repaired instead of replaced .They saved me a lot of stress and money by doing the repair.

Thanks for the good work Bill and Cody. If you get one of these guys or both of them consider yourself lucky. They do their work well and fast.

Happy to give them them all five stars! Great job AAA Water Heater Company! I called a few different plumbing prices but they had great Prices and could be out to my house the next day. Thankfully, they had the same kind of water heater I needed on their truck so they could replace it early that morning for me. I was worried that a job like this would take multiple days but they reassured me it would only take an hour maybe a little longer.
Everything went really smooth the next day when they put the water heater in. They replaced it and took away my old one (thankfully because I did not want to deal with that!) They also bundle the price in one thing so it's not confusing (the haul away, the installment, the vent work) It's all together!
I will totally use these guys again if my water heater has problems! Plus, they do a one year warranty on their work! Couldn't ask for better service!

Our technician Cody was awesome! When my hot water stopped working I ended up calling to a few places. Cody was not only the nicest person I talked to, but he could also come out the soonest. He was nice and respectful of my belongings and household! Cody charged me a great price and I was amazed at how fast he did the repair. My water heater is working great again! Soo glad we used them! There were a few other places we almost tried out but they did an awesome job. We were making an investment in our new home so we were looking for someone trustworthy and reliable. I definitely appreciated that they weren't too pushy with up selling their products but they gave enough info so we could make our own decisions. I was worried about delivery and install taking up my whole day or them not showing up on time but they were on time and it only took 2 hours to install, which was a life saver! Their plumber came in and replaced my old water heater no issues, We are happy campers!

It's been over a week with our new water heater and man it's been awesome! Hotter water that lasts longer, life is good! Overall, I'm happy to give credit where credit is due and I really appreciate when a company goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with their service, def give them a call.

Excellent, all aspects!!!

After reading the many great reviews for AAA I decided to call Cody and give him a try.
He was very cordial and patient on the phone. Asked me key questions about the water heater and had me send him pictures of the data label so he could see how old the water heater was. Turns out this water heater gave what it could and time to replace. Thermocouple had been replaced 6 months ago by someone else. And went out again in March 2019.
We scheduled an install day and his tech Sam arrived right on time.
Sam a did a great job on the install. Experienced, smooth and efficient. He was very informative on the questions I asked him and gave valuable tips for those just-in-case situations.
Within an hour and a half it was all installed. Waited a bit for water to heat up then tested it out. Works great!
But most important I have the peace of mind of a professional install!!!

My husband and I really only have good things to say about them. When our water heater stopped working unexpectedly we decided to find someone good through yelp. We mainly went with them because of their rating and good reviews. I have to say I was worried we were going to confuse them because my husband and I kept calling in on separate occasions and asking questions but they always knew who we were and didn't mind talking to both of us. It's nice that they keep track of who you are and what job you are discussing even before finalizing an appointment. When we finally felt like we had all of our questions answered we moved forward with them. We made an appointment to get our water heater repaired that following Sunday. They were professional, on time, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. It was a great experience and they got the hot water working like before. Thank you to AAA Water Heater Company for making it an easy process and always keeping track of our information!!!!

I would definitely recommend AAA to all my friends and family. From the first call I made to them I felt very confident that i made a good decision in choosing them to help me with my water heater. I assumed i needed to replace my old one because we were only getting cold water in the house. I was already getting ready for the price tag shock on the new water heater. I was pleasantly surprised that when AAA came to my home and told me that I don't need to replace it at all. It just needed a quick repair and we were back up and running with hot water. AAA was very professional every step of the way. They helped me and my family save some money and i appreciate the honest service they gave us. I will never use anyone else but AAA. Theyre the best!

They are the best! Customer service is on point. They had same day appointments. Cody was my plumber and didn't have any problems repairing the water heater. As far as cost, a little more expensive than the other guys but well worth it since they could be out there the same day as calling them. Would deff recommend them to anyone.
