warning!! do not use this service. way over priced and not worth it. paid over $900.00 to have a line cleaned. 1/2 hour job took over an hour. $550.00 to unclog line $300.00 to cut off sewer cap (took 30 seconds) and $100.00 to replace the cap he cut. wrote receipt up as major flood. the water was cleaned up before he arrived to clear line. then wanted me to hire them to do clean up. what a joke!! i will never call them again. i have already contact 311 about information on filing a formal complaint against them. taking advantage of homeowners in the neighborhood

Sewer back up on a Friday night charged me $250 by Sunday morning we had a back up again. Wanted to charge me $400-$500 to come back out and clear clog again. I don't like being taken advantage of. Called another company and for $150 problem fixed and they offer warranty. Obviously they never cleared the problem to Begin with and wanted to charge me again for their error.

Way overpriced (o$1200)for less than an one-hour job to clear a clogged tub drain. Make sure to ask for an estimate before the job. Definitely can get someone else who can do the job at 1/2 the price. The job was done quickly and they seemed to know what they were doing. But for the price I will give them a 2 stars.

Today, I had AAA Sewer & Drain to my home due to a back up in my kitchen sink and I needed them to swap out a sump pump I was not able to replace. I knew the back up was due to a problem in the main trap; I had this issue many years ago. I told the technicians as soon as they arrived. They assured me that it was a simple clog under my kitchen sink. I mentioned to them a few more times ""I believe it's the trap."" They finally, came to the amazing conclusion it was the TRAP!!!! They refused to touch it because I had septic and the trap had a brass cap which would be a big problem. They apologized, charged me $500.00 and went on their merry way. The only thing they did for me was swap out a sump pump that I had, again costing me $500 bucks! Completely incompetent!

As they walked out the door, I was immediately calling another plumber. This plumber arrived within the hour. I told the technician ( 1 guy!) the problem. I told him, I believed it was the trap and he went right to work. He was polite, respectful, and did not treat me like an imbecile! He was finished within 20 minutes and my problem was solved for $200 bucks. Needless to say this company received a 5 star review on Yelp from me!

I do not look to make waves or discredit anyone, but this was definitely something I needed to do. This was a costly lesson for me, but a good lesson learned. I also, found a plumber I will happily call again in the future.........and it is NOT AAA Sewer and Drain!

My first call for a plumber I was told no small jobs .
But when I called AAA Sewer &Drain no questions asked told them about my small job hook which is a dryer and washer. Right away said no problem. The should be here any moment .I see 5 star on them in Angies list. So I'll be back to finish my review in 24 hours from now and let you yelp know if they are a 5 star company.

I have camera outside my home and AAA was doing work for another home but in the process threw away a ton of trash on the ground and then my trash container that the trash collectors did not collect and I will probably get fined for.call I've been trying to so that they can come and clean up the mess but there has been no response to my message. This is disgusting and I'm gonna call 311 and report you because I have everything on camera
