Look out for your safety & stay away from AAA Service Network & their long standing employee Brian Leach.

Brain was the technician sent to our home to repair a gas leak from our stove.
This man violated our sense of safety and went through the entire 1st floor of our home opening up doors, cabinets and creeped around every room.

I called to report it to AAA Service Network and was apologized to profusely that another incident has happened with him. When questioning the wording of ""another incident"" I was told that Brian has had numerous complaints over the years (he's an employee of 18yrs) of what they called ""odd"" behavior. And then was told he's an odd character but they think he's harmless.

COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
This man stole my sense of security in my home in a matter of minutes. To hear that this is not the first incident or complaint of this nature is beyond disturbing!

Terrible and disorganized customer service. I had multiple people call, reschedule, or have the wrong time - after 24 hours, I just told them to forget it. The folks doing the calls had no idea what they were talking about plumbing-wise.

Honestly, do yourself a favor and skip over this one - go with a reputable and reliable plumber like A1 Bargain Plumbing - there are a lot of other plumbers who are actually honest.

The folks from AAA Dunlap are wonderful. Each time we've called with an appliance problem, they've worked us into their schedule within a day or two, do great work when they arrive - always with a pleasant attitude - and if their work requires a follow up, it's handled quickly - with no extra charge (unless the problem is a new one).

Purchased a furnace/ac unit 4 years ago from this company. Soon after they installed it, my downstairs neighbor informed me that water was leaking into her unit. After looking at the furnace, no attempt was made to clear the ac water line and the secondary drip was not hooked up, thus flooding her utility closet. Dunlap sent a tech out at no charge to fix the issue. Shortly after that I was sued by my neighbor and when we went back to Dunlap they claimed not to be at fault. I went to court representing myself with no help from Dunlap. What a shame. I was so upset. Now, 4 years later they sent a tech out to see why the unit was underperforming. $1000 to fix and not under warranty???? I would never use this company again. I suggest all of you do the same.

A/C stopped working last summer. Said I had to replace the coils $$. They replaced them. This summer A/C didn't work again. Said I had to replace entire unit $$$$$. 11 days after new A/C installed, A/C stopped working. Did I mention it's 90+ degrees outside? Symptoms have been consistent. Did I just spend a bunch of money on things that weren't even the issue or do they not know how to fix/install an A/C unit or both? No idea when/how this will get resolved. Still 90+ degrees.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and personable technicians. Alex and his partner were dispatched to repair my mother's old heat pump. Both were respectful of her home (e.g. Protective shoe covers, advising when they needed to access other parts of the house, etc.) and provided frequent updates on their activities. Alex patiently explained the new digital thermostat to my 86 year old mother, ensuring she was completely comfortable. Their added ""touches"" were welcomed, as its too often missing from the service industry. I highly recommend them for your service needs.

Justin, the technician, did an excellent job rebuilding our Whilpool dishwasher. He was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about dishwashers.
