The technician tried to tell me that my septic tank was only the pump, and that they'd have to come back with camera equipment, trace the line, then dig up the tank with with machinery. I told him I couldn't afford that. He kept telling me the same thing, over and over, like that would convince me to do the extra job for a lot more money. He told me he would try to look up the plans for my septic when he got back to the office and that I would get a call the next day at about 10:45am. Never got a call so I called at 3:11pm. I clearly got a call center in India and the woman was very rude and abrupt with me. I told her I was done with her and hung up.

We had an issue with our septic and pump tanks, they were both overflowing, our alarm went out and we didn't know it. Jazz and his team were very responsive and came out to replace the pump in our pump tank installed a new septic alarm and the main line from our house. They were very responsive and timely, I wasn't home when his crew came to do the work but Jazz took the time to come out that night after we got home from work to show us pictures of what they did and explained everything in great detail. I would definitely recommend them if you have any septic needs. They were great!

We needed a last minute septic system inspection for a home sale due to confusion with what we have and it is required to move forward with closing which is on Sept 13 and I was looking on YELP Friday Sept 9 @ 5pm worried that we may delay closing and most were closed already and one gave me a quote for $600-$700 more than he quoted me and wont be able to until Monday. Needed this done before Monday and Jazz returned my call had scheduled me for Sunday Sept 11. Two of his crew showed up around 2pm and was quick to inspect and to empty the tanks then did the inspection. After inspection they didnt find any issues and since it is very time sensitive Jazz was able to provide me the paper work i needed to pass along the buyers before the day ended. I highly recommend them very professional and communication was on point! Jazz Thank you so much you really came through! I usually dont write reviews but his service deserve one.

Our tank was full way ahead of schedule so we were really suddenly in a whole lot of trouble. AAA answered on a weekend, called us promptly and managed to find time for our emergency service!!! This team is my absolute go-to contractor when it comes to servicing the septic systems of my rental houses. They're responsive and accommodating , even in times when business is brisk and time is short to respond to all the calls they get. They don't have bogus charges like show-up fees and min call-out charges like another outfit I made the mistake of trying, ( called ""The Septic Group"", which is a buy-out of several mom&pops that has now turned into a monopoly) .... AAA can prioritize you if it's urgent or a pending a sale for no additional charge, they're courteous, and pricing is very honest. You can't go wrong with them

The gentleman who came to pump my septic tank was very kind and hard-working, but the owner Jazz who was supposed to come to look and see if my issue was bigger, scheduled and no showed multiple times. He also wasn't very responsive in his text. I ended up just telling them (female rep) not to come anymore because they don't value their customers time and the owner is not a man of his word. It's unfortunate but I will need to look for another septic company to look at my issue.

I have try many septic companies over the years and have not found one that I was pleased with.
The other day, all 3 of my toilets, tubs, showers and sinks where all backing up, water everywhere, what a mess! I just had my tank clean out 8 months ago.
What the hell is going on here I thought?.
So here I was looking for another septic companies. I ran across AAA Septic and plumbing and gave them a call and so happy that I did! They came when I ask them to come, they where on time. As a matter of fact, one of the workers show up 1/2 early to let me know the septic tank driver is on his way. Now that is what I call a courtesy callWhen they got here and me telling them what was going on, they knew exactly what was wrong!
What happened was, all those other companies I was using, was not cleaning the (filter) this is what cause everything to backup!
When the worker pulled out that big long (filter) it was so clogged up, it was disgustingThey told me this need to be done every 6 months and this is something we can do yourselves.
I want to say, I highly recommend this company! They are the nicest, reliable, knowledgeable, reasonable price and they take pride in their job, giving their customers, the best of the best!
So if you in need of a cleaning or whatever the problem is, this is the company you only need.
One very happy customer here!
