Could not have been more polite, and cleaned up, everything before they left...I think my sinks are cleaner than they've ever been!!

Chi Mai H.My water heater was leaking and I called AAA Round The Clock Plumbing. They came out the same day and fixed the issue right away. The young plumber was very polite and honest and very informative. His job was very well done and the price was ABSOLUTELY reasonable. I would highly recommend this plumbing company and will call them again for any plumbing issues in the future!
Anon Y.had them start on a job, gave them the deposit, then two hours later they told me they couldn't do it, & tried to keep my $850. They finally offered to refund $200 & as I was discussing that I told them exactly what needed done, they began the job, quoted the price & then decided that they couldn't do it because they didn't own the proper equipment (after I told them what was required) THEY GOT IN THEIR CARS & SPED AWAY WITH MY MONEY! Their van had an Illinois license plate on the front and an Indiana license plate on the back and they had a separate car. Good thing I got pictures of everything! I tried to call and leave messages and THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER! They also left my entire yard dug up & never fixed the pipe! $650 to dig a hole. Buyer beware. Very unprofessional

Jeremy was informative, honest with the cost (which was very reasonable especially for an emergency), prompt, and worked diligently. Hands down, this will be the company we will use for any of our plumbing needs!
