THEY DESERVE A ZERO. We scheduled an appointment last week for today (Memorial Day) and I received a call from the OWNER saying the technician was running late and should arrive in 1 hour. OK, no problem. We waited nearly an hour and a half and still and nothing, no call, no email, no text and no message. A driver called about 20 minutes later and then stated he would be another hour. I asked him where he was now and he said he was finished with his job and would be coming from Gainesville. I asked him how long it would take and he said 58 minutes. Jumped on GPS and the distance with current traffic is 24 minutes. He told me to call the office and I did. THE ""OWNER THAT I SPOKE WITH WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. She asked me questions about the job. I had no idea what plumbing terms she was using and told her that I wasn't a plumber. She told me I was rude because I wouldn't answer her questions and then told me to find someone else. Rude? Seriously? I've been sitting here FOR TWO HOURS, waiting for the service to begin. No apologies, just lots of excuses. One was, ""I don't know why they scheduled you at that time anyway!"" THIS IS THE KIND OF BUSINESS OWNER THAT JUST SHOULDN'T BE A BUSINESS OWNER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! GLAD TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO GIVE MY HARD-EARNED MONEY TO! BEWARE!
