The company I hired yesterday and scheduled an appointment for 9am this morning bailed out on me at 9:30am this morning. I had to call another company.
""Matt"" the new owner of AAA Rooter in Meriden CT is highly unprofessional and a very ""petty"" individual.
Matt remembers servicing my house 3 years ago and didn't like that my son requested that they use pads on the floor to limit the excessive mud that was being tracked in. Matt the ""employee "" at the time was ""offended"" by this request.
Matt the ""now owner"" of AAA Rooter, is childish and petty.
I am providing a NEGATIVE"" review of this company and sharing with the public.
If he didn't want to service my home he should have declined yesterday, not at the moment of his expected arrival.

Night before thanksgiving our downstairs bathroom backed up and spilled sewage in the surrounding areas. After calling 4-5 local companies that all stated they had no one that could come out until after Thanksgiving, I called and spoke with Willy (the owner?) who was accommodating and had someone to my house within an hour or so. Cody was very punctual and polite while also being easy to talk to and answered a lot of questions that he probably didn't have to. The problem was fixed within another hour, and he even explained to us what to do next time if this happens prior to calling a plumber, not many companies would do the same. I hope I won't need these guys again, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call them again. Thank you Willy and Cody for being quick and courteous.

I used AAA Router to clear my main sewer drain. They were punctual and cleared the drain fine. However, immediately after the technician left my wife went downstairs to find water near the boiler/water heater spigot and the baseboard heater pipes were very noisy like there was air in the system. Neither of which were present before. When I called Willie the owner of AAA he refused to take any responsibility for what his tech might have done. Nor did he offer to at least come out and look at it. I now have to pay another company to check my heating system.

I had to call on a holiday-Labor Day- because our sewer pipe had backed up into the driveway (YUCK!). The owner sent a crew out within an hour and they were finished within another hour. They are professional, courteous and thorough. Pricing was fair.
We had used another company last year for a similar issue and AAA confirmed the other company barely did anything. We will definitely use AAA again.
