This company built a new home on my block. I would not do business with this plumber or developer. They kept an extremely dirty jobsite and damaged neighborhood property during construction. They were called multiple times for code violations. The owner was extremely rude during construction and yelled at multiple neighbors. Please do you due diligence.

While walking my dog, I caught Joe of AAA Rodriguez coming out of a neighbor's house and pleaded with him to take a quick look at not one, but two, abandoned plumbing jobs that I had thought were going to be simple - changing out two sets of bathroom fixtures. The two prior handymen, however, had left the jobs unfinished, and worse: leaking, with fixtures just lying in the bathtubs or on the floor. Joe zipped right over, handled one of the issues on the spot, and quickly assessed the nature of the jobs, making arrangements to pick up the missing pieces, explaining the complications of the fixtures I had picked (Grohe and Hansgrohe, which have proprietary in-wall mountings and would require cutting through the tile). He was friendly, neat, persuasive, and exudes competence. I will definitely use Joe on future plumbing projects in my new (but very vintage) place!
