Worst service ever. Three service calls, $900 and my sink is not centered because Paul lacks the skills needed to accomplish any task without spending an over abundance of time telling you why it cannot be done. In addition to my beautiful and adorable sink sitting off center, Mr. Fix It left without the water connected to the frigging sink because he ""wanted to save me money."" That is odd considering I have paid these con men $900 for a sub standard job. Paul also sat around doing nothing and charged me for two hours on Saturday because of an unforeseen issue. He refused to tell me how much he was charging me until I forced him and then I made him leave. I have made attempts to contact the company with no response. Also be aware they do not honor any discounts advertised if you ask or are desperate enough to have this outfit come out. It is so wrong to be so downright taken advantage of by a company that claims to be honest.

So the owner Randy came out and validated the horrible job on my sink and promises to refund the cost of that part of the bill. Fair enough. I will continue to update.

In doing my research, I spoke to Becky and then Randy on the phone who were both very helpful and personable. Afterward, I set up an appointment on the following day for Paul to replace my water heater and install a pressure regulator using parts that I had purchased myself. The next day Paul called and said that he was running ahead and could start early, which was appreciated and the work was finished within a couple hours. Paul was very professional, diligent and attentive to detail, but also friendly and he took the time to explain why/what he was doing and how it affects the system along with the proper homeowner maintenance needed. Add all that to an excellent price for the service and that makes me a very happy customer who will call Randpro whenever I need a plumbing service.

I am not sure about the other reviews as that was not my experience. It could be that the Saturday on Memorial Day weekend was light, but the promptness and professionalism I received was as good as you can get with a service company.
I needed a toilet component replaced as it was not filling water back up. After several less than helpful videos on youtube, I decided just to get a professional. I was able to get a plumber to come out during a two hour time frame. They called 30 minutes before the start of the two hour mark. I changed my mind since their prices were so reasonable just to get both toilet insides fully replaced. It took Paul an extra 15 minutes to stop off along the way and pick up the extra parts. He was very professional, helpful, cheerful and efficient. The cost was even more reasonable than I thought it would be. These guys are going to be my plumber of choice from now on. It was about the best service call I had from anyone in at least two or three years.

Paul provided an estimate by phone and honored it, and the price was very fair. He showed up when he said he would and he corrected the issue we had, along with providing helpful tips. I am very happy with Randpro and I will use them if I ever need a plumber again.

Never showed up I had to call to find out that they couldn't make it because of another job. They didn't even have the professional courtesy of calling to let me know they couldn't make it when they had scheduled this the day prior

Horrible! Never showed up.. Twice! Called to reschedule and they never showed. I will gladly take my service elsewhere
