Anybody can have a bad day. But when they change your appointment and for the second time they don't arrive, you'd expect a courtesy call or a message. Calling them and receiving as an answer:""""if you're in a hurry call somebody else...."""" is not what I was expecting.

I am writing this review because of the positive experience I had using AAA Above All Septic and Drain Company. It started with the first person (a lady) who schedule the appointment and gave me the quote. On Tuesday, the day of the schedule appointment, Robert arrived on time, dig the area to find the septic tank cover and Octavio Rivas arrived within minutes with the truck and the tank was clean within the specified time block. They were courteous and respectful and gave me a few pointers to keep my tank in working orders. I strongly recommend this company.

Reliable and Trustworthy! No job is too big or too small. I recommend this company to everyone I know. Not only are they affordable but they are very good at what they do. We've used them for a big job at our house as well as minor clogging issues. I've had issues after hours and they always seem to arrive quickly.

We had a pre-set apt. And they came 1.5 hours late. They took forever, had very poor attitude and then tried to scare us into replacing septic tank by saying the septic tank had a leakage when there was no proof... soil was dry and compact. It was obvious they were trying to get a $$$ contract out of the visit..don't trust..BEWARE! Scammers!
