Had a valve go out in old high end toilet. Very cooperative locating the parts and very prompt installation. Nice folks, good plumbers and great service.

We called around town looking for someone to help install a sump pump, we had a sump pit but no pump. Our radon reduction system was down by the pit too and I was not comfortable dealing with it. We called AAA plumbing and spoke with Renae. She was amazingly helpful and informative. She got us set up with an appointment and even called the person that set up our radon reduction to make sure there wasn't anything special that needed to be done.
The plumber came out, and finished everything very quickly. He was very kind, professional, and genuine. We will definitely be using AAA plumbing again in the future for any plumbing needs!

Ahh AAA .. has really great techs. Show up and did the assigned task, even if it was late on a Saturday afternoon. Jessy put on his under the house ""wet"" suit, went to work on a broken line, repaired it and was gone in less than a hour. I was ""happy"" to pay the additional fee for the Saturday service. We are scheduled for an entire home replacement of system. Can't wait. heh

asked them to come and change the flange on my toilet. receptionist could not give me a price but said she would have office manager call me back. she did not. the plumber showed up, he was very nice but there was a miscommunication because I thought the first quote he gave me was $345 which is EXTREMELY HIGH. but then he came back and said $235 so I said go ahead and when it was all over I paid $588. most ridiculous price I have every paid. everyone I have spoken to said I paid almost TRIPLE what I should have paid

Awesome Service...Started the job and when unexpected things came up, they got it done. They had a chance to stop at 5pm like many other would have done but they continues and by 8pm, the job was complete.

No stars, they are either in ept or thieves or both. Had a water heater leaking from the pressure relief pipe into the french drain, it is supposed to fo that, however not all the time. They came over, first said it was the water supply pipe from outside into the home although there were no sings of this, then it was gas control valve, part under warranty, $300 for repair. I learned after the fact they charge per job, not by hour, that should be disclosed. Anyway a week later part replaced, going forward water heater started leaking again same area. Called AAA and over the phone thye said it was probably the pressure relief tank, part would be app$200 plus labor, I found it odd that the receptionist diagnosed the exact same issue differently, I then called a second company who over the phones gave same diagnosis of pressure relief tank. He came over repaired in 10 minutes and explained how to diagnose this issues. I showed and told him what aaa had done to ""repair"" and the look on his face said it all. Where the leak was coming from, the repair done by aaa was completely wrong and the part replaced had no bearing on the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Called AAA plumbing yesterday because my water pipe was and still is frozen. The person took all my information. And I waited. Called again around 8 pm. Nothing happened. Called again at 7:30 am waited. Then just called at 4:30 pm. Got a response from a lady telling me that I never called AAA Plumbling. Phone number 519-5241. And that they couldn't take care of me and that I never called four time. Never using this plumber.

Had them do a service call in Feb 2017, they accidentally dropped some equipment off the roof onto the deck and put a hole thru it. I have called a couple times and they assure me they will fix it. It is now mid July and still not fixed. The home owner is an 80 yr old widow with Alzheimer's, they know this. It is now a safety issue. NOT IMPRESSED!!!

VERY prompt, courteous, helpful service!!!!!! Left a message with the answering service (on a Sunday to boot!) and received a return phone call within 5 minutes from a VERY friendly lady who explained their policy and assured me that a technician would call me within an hour. As promised, the guy called within an hour, was already on his way over and fixed our plumbing problem for us!!! He was sooooooooo kind, helpful, patient and proficient!!!!! Will ALWAYS call AAA Plumbing for any future plumbing issues (of which I hope we have NONE actually - haha).

Contacted AAA Plumbing regarding repairs. Jeff Mulz appeared to view the necessary plumbing repairs. Renee contacted me advising me that she scheduled DAN for July 31st to service my plumbing repairs. Renee called and said that Jeff could come on July 30th. This was agreeable with me. Jeff appeared on July 30th. Jeff replaced my kitchen faucet which was in good condition, except that I wanted a longer nozzle. He removed and kept the old one without my consent . Thereafter, he replaced the toilet-however, the flush was on the right side of the tank instead of the left side (he had surveyed the toilet when he first came to the home and knew the flush should have been on the left) - I accepted this erroneous flush. However, the dishonesty goes further. He removed the galvanized bath pipe claiming damage (the bath tub fixtures were leaking - not the shower fixture) and replaced it with some synthetic piping. When asked how long this piping would last, he said maybe two years. The dishonesty - in midday as soon as he removed the galvanized pipe, he left the premises (not for lunch, for I offered and prepared lunch for him upon his return) I had not noticed that he removed the piping until later that afternoon when he left the premises. His interest was in the galvanized pipe, which I am confident he used for personal . On August 29th, 2015 I sent a letter to the President Robert S. Raczynski, earmarked Personal and Confidential outlining my dissatisfaction. Several days later I received a call from Renee who said that Mr. Kaczynski who is seldom in the office and occupied with outside interests authorized her to respond to the letter. I requested that the galvanized pipe be returned to me. She said that could not be done because it was ""JUNKED"". What a farce. Jeff eyed this pipe when he came to estimate the damage and decided he wanted this excellent piping. The piping had been on the premises for 40 years. He tore apart the cabinets in order to remove the pipe, he replaced the faucet fixtures with inferior fixtures and he kept the shower and bath fixtures that came with the original piping. Completely unethical. Is the President of the company disinterested in his plumbing business or is he part of the Jeff/Renee conspiracy. I wonder how many other customers have witnessed dissatisfaction yet failed to report same. Renee said she would continue our discussion at a later time. To date, I have not heard from her and unfortunately neither from the President and Owner Mr. Raczynski. IF YOU WANT AN HONEST PLUMBER I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT CONTACT AAA PLUMBING.
