AAA Plumbing was assigned to my service request by my home warranty company. Phil provided me with a 4-hour appointment window but didn't show with no explanation as to why. He only called me after I reported the no show to the home warranty company. They are unwilling to assign another plumbing company, but it's not worth my time to deal with AAA Plumbing when I can't even rely on them to show for an appointment.

I had plumbing problems and one of their guys came out twice and couldn't figure out what was wrong and I had to have another company come in. The next guy figured it out in about 5 minutes and was astonished that the first guy didn't get it. I wasted a lot of time with the guy from AAA. Would not recommend.

Trust me if I could rate Phill a ZERO than I would. Do not trust this company. They were assigned by home warranty to complete a simple project. Phill cane out to my home and said, ""oh no this is not a small project"" and that they don't lay him enough. He also went in to say that he won't be able to start on anything today. So why are you here I ask him!? He walked into my home like he doesn't care. He was in and out in less than 3 mins. He's also very rude!

My home warranty company -- Old Republic -- assigned AAA Plumbing & Solar to repair what appears to be a water leak underneath our hardwood floor (you can hear and even feel water as you walk in certain spots). AAA told me they would be at my home between 1-5pm today but when I called at 4:05 to make sure I was on their schedule, I was greeted with a ""No, I will not be coming since I never received any paperwork"" -- even though I spoke to them twice before and was assured they would be here. Old Republic's records and my emails from them shows paperwork was sent two days ago. Basically, I got the feeling it was too late on a Friday for AAA to be bothered with me. They are either totally unorganized or have so much business that they don't need mine. I called Old Republic and asked for a new company because I was either lied too or was mistaken for someone else -- either way, I don't trust their professionalism...especially when I see my experience mirrors others here on Yelp. What a shame.

Phil came out as part of a home warranty service call on Christmas Eve. Our water heater was broken and flooding our hall and kitchen. He was prompt, friendly and very helpful in explaining the specifics of my problem. I really appreciated the time he took to help us.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. Discovered water in the hallway outside the water heater room. Shut down everything and initiated the First American Home Warranty procedure at 10:30 that evening, the 18th by web so that they would have it first AM.
They sent out Phill from AAA Plumbing in Camarillo, CA. the next day,the 19th.He looked over the WH and said it needed to be replaced. I told him to go ahead and get started. He called it in to FAHW on the spot, so I thought 2 days max. to get hot water. Phill tells me that it takes 48 -72 hours to get the new water heater, IF ALL GOES WELL! I then get an email from his company explaining i will need to sign a waiver of damages to the floor, walls, etc. and that now he won't even get started until Dec. 26th. I'm calling FAHW in a panic to get them to escalate and prioritize my order. I then get another email stating that I lost my 26th appointment because I didn't sign the waiver, and now I've been assigned to the 27th. In the mean time, I call Dutton Plumbing, they show up in a couple of hours and give me estimates and repair dates as next day! I finally get another email from AAA stating that they now won't be able to start my WH replacement until Jan.2nd!!!!!
I'm so pissed by this time, I call FAHW tell them to cancel AAA Plumbing, I also email AAA Plumbing and tell them they are FIRED. I get an email back from Phill that says.""Ah you broke my heart"".
Well I had Dutton's tech,David W. come out on the 21st. We had hot water in 6 hours in the same day. Dutton Plumbing is Fantastic.
Don't do business with AAA Plumbing & Solar!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor when your home warranty company assigns this contractor to your service request dont let him show up just take the cash out option and take your business to a reliable, transparent plumber. Phil never adheres to his own window times so be prepared to waste a day, and when he says he's coming to fix something and pulls a no show be prepared to call him only for him to tell me that he was waiting for my warranty company...you mean when you said Thursday and knew you weren't going to be able to come out AND NEVER CALLED ME TO TELL ME another day down under Phil's incompetence.

Today my neighbor had AAA Plumbing come to their house for service. The old man who claimed to be the owner was told not to step on my lawn because it was just seeded and fertilized. We live next door and spend time and money watering and revitalizing our sun beaten lawn. We told him not to walk on it but he disrespected and proceeded to do so, purposely, after he was politely asked to observe our reasonable request. I was outside at the time to witness this disobedient act. When I called him out on his deliberate action of pure defiance, he continues to carry on with his work, glances my way with a grin and claims that he is the owner with a sarcastic wave. We called our HOA and they had agreed that his deliberate action was very disrespectful as well as highly unprofessional!!! I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS THESE KIND OF PEOPLE. There are much better plumbing companies out there, do not do business with individuals like this because it also reflects on their standards which are low!!!

Was placed with this company by my home warranty company. I took a half day off work to wait for service. There are three entrances to my condo complex, one has a gate. The plumber arrived at the gate, called me to tell me he couldn't access the property and would be leaving. When I offered to open the gate or direct him, he hung up on me.

I placed a service request through my home warranty company on a Monday and received a call the following day. Phil or Bill, left me a voice message in Tuesday morning. I called back that afternoon but received no call back. I called again the following morning on Wednesday. Success! Someone answered. Possibly Phil, maybe Bill. I was given an appointment time of the next day on Thursday from 10am-2pm. I had plans but decided I could reschedule so I did to accommodate this appointment. Ten o'clock came. Then 11:00. By the time noon rolled around I thought okay they may not show since we're half way into my appointment time. I figured I'd give him until 1:00pm but nothing. I finally called the same number at about 1:30pm. No answer. I left a detailed message and asked if anyone was going to show for my appointment time
I received a call from the plumber close to 2 hours after the end of my appointment slot. He says my appointment time was from 1pm-5pm to which I replied it was from 10-2. He says, ""I'll be there in 20 minutes."" He fixed our garbage disposal in about 15 minutes even showed my husband how to fix it if it does the same thing. Even gave him a small wrench to open the thing. He was pleasant enough but that doesn't make up for everything.
