I was able to make an appointment for the same day, even though it was very late. The service was impeccable, and my bathroom was left cleaner than it was before the job was started. After a large national chain plumber had failed to fix our problem on the first visit, scheduled us for follow up visits several times and then no-showed, I decided to seek another solution. Fortunately, I called AAA, and even though it was late in the evening after Roto Rooter had no-showed again, Nikolayi was at our apartment within the hour. He arrived, was very friendly, prompt, thorough, and quickly identified and fixed the problem, at a very fair price. I cannot understand why the first person had failed with how quickly Nikolayi was able to fix it, he got it fixed easily on the very try. I can only assume it's because the first guy was just an employee, whereas Nikolayi actually took professional pride in performing his job well, and did so very successfully. If you're ever in need of plumbing services, are interested in prompt and professional work done right, definitely call AAA, you will be very happy you did. Excellent example of how an independent professional who takes pride in his work and cares about his reputation is always the best choice whenever services are needed.

Nikolai was the best! After contacting a big Rooter company and having a terrible experience with their lack of respect of time I had lost hope. Then Nikolai showed up and worked his magic!!! Wow service was great had a problem and had a few different companies come by and they all gave me the runaround and no one could give me a definite number so here came Nikolai and told me as it is and what it would cost me with no surprises which was totally different from everyone else so I definitely would recommend this company

Again we had a blockage so we called Nikolia . He showed up on time . But by the time he came the blockage had gone . This guy is extremely honest said we didn't need to do any unnecessary work and said to call him if the issue came back . He didn't charge us a penny that's hard to find in todays day and age .

I called to make an appointment and requested a price range for faucet repair. He said text me the details and a picture, ignored my request for a quote and hung up. I called back and was told I can get a quote when he can see the picture of the faucet. Hour after I send him the information, I ask him to confirm he got it and I got back an """"Ok"""". I then again requested the price range and was ignored - which led me to book with Handybook instead. Who knows if he would have even showed up. These 5 star reviews are questionable - who puts a link to the company's website in a review??.. Zero customer service. Thanks for nothing.

Nikolay is the friendly plumber who replaced the on-demand electric hot water heater in my apartment. He was prompt. The new unit proved to be defective and failed that night. It was not his fault, and in spite of his busy schedule, he was back the next day to install a new heater which has worked fine since then. I'm giving him a 4 instead of a 5 because I paid him up-front, but it took over a month of repeated requests to finally get a receipt that I could give to my landlord. So bookkeeping is not his strong suit, but he is a good plumber and I recommend him.

These guys rock! I live in South Beach, AKA Miami Beach, FL and needed a rare type of Grohe Toilet Flushing system fixed within 2 days... these guys sent a knowledgeable plumber the evening I called, he ordered the part the next morning and had it repaired in time! Now my kids will have their own toilet to use when they arrive this evening!! Yay!! :-)

aaaplumbingservices.com provided excellent plumbing service. It was emergency plumbing call! they bid the complicated job on hammering inside of water (hot & cold) lines. we added two extra things: new kitchen, garbage disposal & bathroom sink, and fixed leaky faucet and leaky pipes. they installed water filtration system, they did a water heater replacement and done drain cleaning and unclogged our clogged drain. excellent communication from everyone, extremely responsive, on time, under budget -- really, really nice people. i could not recommend anyone more highly. wow!!!
