When calling the number listed on this Yelp page, the person on the other end asked me if it was an Emergency. I stated it was not, they responded with, """"then what do you want?"""" I was surprised by this rude response, so I asked if that was how you responded to all phone calls. He angrily, told me I called the emergency line. When I suggested he update the number on Yelp, he asked if there was anything else I suggested he do with his life. With that being said, I would still recommend this place to my friends only after they clogged up their bowl after explosive diarrhea.

Had a clogged kitchen sink and was able to get serviced a few hours after I called Nickolay. He was professional, friendly, and took care of the problem very quickly. Even left my kitchen clean! Highly recommended and would definitely use again in the future

AAA Plumbing was an amazing service. My bathtub was not draining, and I had given up on trying to fix the situation on my own. I was able to make an appointment for the same day, even though it was very late. The service was impeccable, and my bathroom was left cleaner than it was before the job was started. After a large national chain plumber had failed to fix our problem on the first visit, scheduled us for follow up visits several times and then no-showed, I decided to seek another solution. Fortunately, I called AAA, and even though it was late in the evening after Roto Rooter had no-showed again, Nikolayi was at our apartment within the hour. He arrived, was very friendly, prompt, thorough, and quickly identified and fixed the problem, at a very fair price. I cannot understand why the first person had failed with how quickly Nikolayi was able to fix it, he got it fixed easily on the very try. I can only assume it's because the first guy was just an employee, whereas Nikolayi actually took professional pride in performing his job well, and did so very successfully. If you're ever in need of plumbing services, are interested in prompt and professional work done right, definitely call AAA, you will be very happy you did. Excellent example of how an independent professional who takes pride in his work and cares about his reputation is always the best choice whenever services are needed.

Nikolai was the best! After contacting a big Rooter company and having a terrible experience with their lack of respect of time I had lost hope. Then Nikolai showed up and worked his magic!!! Wow service was great had a problem and had a few different companies come by and they all gave me the runaround and no one could give me a definite number so here came Nikolai and told me as it is and what it would cost me with no surprises which was totally different from everyone else so I definitely would recommend this company

Again we had a blockage so we called Nikolia . He showed up on time . But by the time he came the blockage had gone . This guy is extremely honest said we didn't need to do any unnecessary work and said to call him if the issue came back . He didn't charge us a penny that's hard to find in todays day and age .
