I called yesterday, speaking with the owner Jimmy-Mack, and explained the problem I was having with my well. He said he would be out this morning to take a look. He said he thought it was something simple and shouldn't cost too much, based on what I was telling him.
True to his word, he was here this morning, and sent a couple of text messages to keep me updated on his arrival.
Jimmy-Mack was polite and very HONEST! He was correct and it was a simple fix. He could have taken me for a lot of money and I wouldn't had been any wiser, but I was charged just his nominal fee, and I am so thankful!
I was taken for $2000.00 about a year and a half ago by another plumber. Jimmy-Mack told me that $2000.00 job should had been about $850.00 to $1000.00.
Please don't hesitate to call Jimmy-Mack. He is a busy man, but he took the time to answer my questions.
