Really impressed with this company and their team. Had an emergency basement leak and they came out after hours on a Friday, then again on Saturday to stop the leak, diagnose the problem and order parts to expedite the repair. He came out 3 times between Friday and Sunday at no charge. A team came in once the parts arrived and made the repair and left the house in great shape. They are excellent communicators, fair, friendly and thorough. If you need plumbing services, try these folks first!

Had a water heater go out. 4 inches of snow on the ground and 12 degrees. They showed up as soon as they could on a Monday holiday. And they got it taken care of. Definitely will use them in the future and will recommend them to others. Thanks AAA Plumbing & Heating.

Very unreliable. They cancelled an appointment without the courtesy of informing me. They just left me hanging until I called them. That's just bad business!!

We scheduled an appointment for today at 9:00... no one showed up! Most irresponsible customer service ever!! After several phone calls since it went to voicemail, the receptionist stated the plumber called in sick!! No one called us... we had to call them!! I would recommend that you never call this place! They will set up N appointment and no call no show!! Extremely unreliable!!!!

Warning do not go near them. Did business with them. They almost destroyed my furnace. I had to get another HVAC person in to fix it. I refused to pay them and they put an illegal construction lien on my house. Horrible, horrible. I don't want anyone else to have to go through that.

These guys are awesome. When my pipe busted I was referred to these guys and I'm glad I was. When I called soonest they appointment they had was the next day with no other choice I took it, a few hours later they called saying they had a guy who could fit me in and was on his way over. It being winter with the water shut off, that alone was a huge relief. The plumber got there and was very nice, very professional and knew what he was doing. Within an hour the problem was fixed completely, and in my house this is a bigger challenge than you would expect, our crawl space is about 2 feet deep so a literal crawl space. I can't thank that plumber enough, and will continue to use these guys.

*WARNING* Do not do business with this company. I personally dealt with Corey West who came to my home and informed me I needed an entire new furnace ($2,300.00) and that my current one needed a part that cost $600.00. He said it was not worth fixing. After a second opinion from a different company I was informed the part was in fact NOT broke and the furnace was fixed for less than $50.00. Corey West, Owner at AAA Plumbing & Heating was dishonest with me and will not refund the service charge of $140.00. His company provided no service and in fact cost us more money than necessary. Corey West was rude and unprofessional and tried to sell me a furnace I did not need. Shame on you!
