I am over the moon, and super happy. Rick, did an amazing, wonderful, and superb job. I was referred to him by A Avis Plumbing when I needed some Plumbing work done on my house and they were not available. Rick showed up on a Saturday evening, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He came back Monday, and everything was great. It was a complete and total five star experience. If you're looking for quality, and an honest, good company then AAA Plumbing is what I will use if my primary plumbing company is unavailable. Thank you Rick see you again soon.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TRY AND OVERCHARGE YOU!!!! Called this guy for a simple fix. He said it would take him 6 hours. Not to mention he said it would be $1000 dollars. His name is Rick. He said he takes pride in his work. Only thing he takes pride in is overcharging customers. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Never use AAA Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, they try to take advantage of senior citizens. My elderly mother called AAA because her air conditioning was not working. A technician named Rick came to her home. Rick inspected her AC unit and wires outside and said they were all working correctly. So, he told her that it must be the wires in her attic space that was causing the problem. Mind you, he never inspected that area. He quoted her $300 to fix the problem. My mother called me because she did not feel comfortable with what he was saying. I spoke to Rick on the phone and what he was explaining to me about the AC was not making sense and the work he wanted to do was not going to be legitimate, so I told my mom not to get the work done. She told Rick she did not want the work to be done, and he charged her $89 for a service charge/call. The next day, I called another AC technician, who came out 2 days later. He did a quick inspection and said the only problem was some loose wires, at the AC unit. He fixed them in less than a half an hour and only charged her $80. That is less than AAA's service call charge. What a joke. Never call this company, they will try to rip you off.

AAA plumbing heating and cooling are lacking in the customer service department. Very unprofessional and rude on the phone when you are asking for help. AAA should be able to handle any service with professional courtesy.

Rick is a very honest and trustworthy man. I received a call back promptly and he was at my home the next business day. He walked me through the work to be performed and gave me options. Rick completed the job promptly and cleaned up after himself. My sink and toilets are now in perfect working order. I would ask this man to house sit for me while vacationing, very trustworthy. Thanks Rick! I will call you again when I need you for all my plumbing needs.

Rick is the man..!! After calling two other plumbers and getting unhelpful office workers, I called Rick and HE answered the phone himself. After explaining my fairly simple issue, he was able to give me a ballpark cost. (Something neither of the others would do.) He was at the house in an hour, fixed the issue, and was out in about 30 minutes. His price was fair, and exactly what he quoted on the phone. Highly recommend Rick and AAA Plumbing. I will always call him first from now on...!!

My heater went out and I called a few places at 7:00 am. Nobody answered their phone. Called AAA, Rick answered and was quick to set an appointment, was punctual and very informative. He diagnosed the problem and explained in great detail how the heating system worked, what went wrong and how we could come up with an solution that wouldn't break the bank. I would not hesitate to have him come out to my to do any repairs on my A/C unit or plumbing. It's not easy finding someone local who met every expectation. I highly recommend AAA.
