Rick is a very honest and trustworthy man. I received a call back promptly and he was at my home the next business day. He walked me through the work to be performed and gave me options. Rick completed the job promptly and cleaned up after himself. My sink and toilets are now in perfect working order. I would ask this man to house sit for me while vacationing, very trustworthy. Rick is the man..!! After calling two other plumbers and getting unhelpful office workers, I called Rick and HE answered the phone himself. After explaining my fairly simple issue, he was able to give me a ballpark cost. (Something neither of the others would do.) He was at the house in an hour, fixed the issue, and was out in about 30 minutes. His price was fair, and exactly what he quoted on the phone. Highly recommend Rick and AAA Plumbing. I will always call him first from now on...!!

My heater went out and I called a few places at 7:00 am. Nobody answered their phone. Called AAA, Rick answered and was quick to set an appointment, was punctual and very informative. He diagnosed the problem and explained in great detail how the heating system worked, what went wrong and how we could come up with an solution that wouldn't break the bank. I would not hesitate to have him come out to my to do any repairs on my A/C unit or plumbing. It's not easy finding someone local who met every expectation. I highly recommend AAA.

We've had an excessive heat wave with temps above 105 degrees for several days, and my AC unit went out. I called on a Saturday night, and Rick came on Monday morning to assess the situation. He figured out the problem, fixed the broken part, and had my AC unit up and running within the hour. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the appointment went. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and focused on solving my problem. The next time I have a repair need, I will call on his company again. I would recommend this company if you're looking for a reliable technician who knows what he's doing and is dependable. By the way: I'm writing this in a nice air conditioned environment! :o)

Great service! Rick is very knowledgeable and competent. My water heater was leaking. Not only did he come out right away, he was prepared for the worst case senario. I got a new water heater installed the same day.

Needed two leaks fixed and a drain was slow. Rick arrived at our house and the first thing he did was paste a business card on the inside of the kitchen sink door. Came in with a low estimate, did the work that took him no more than one hour total, and the bill was over $500. Took him longer to write the bill than the work on any one item.
He left, and the tub faucet still leaks and the water still goes down slowly in the sink basin.

He used a toilet plunger to ""clear"" the slow drain in the sink. Pretty sure it was the same plunger he uses on toilets. Took him about 2 minutes and he charged $50 for that part. I called him up and complained about everything. He basically saw nothing wrong with anything. Said he had developed a ""technique"" for using plungers on sinks. He offered to come out and check the work but at that point I hardly wanted him back in the house. He did refund $50, after I told him what I really thought; but hardly enough refund. Your basic plumbing nightmare!
