First I want to start by expressing my gratitude for the timeliness Robert had. My emergency, became his urgency and he handled it professionally. We were crunched for time , he showed up and made a stressful situation better. THEN we had an actual emergency which he gave his prompt attention too! He quite literally saved the day. Excellent communication to start with. We had a door installed. The installation was done with great attention to detail. A number of additional extras were completed that we have had others charge us extra fees for. Everything was perfectly done. Very pleased with the job and the quality of work! We will hike again,.

Shows up and works 1 1/2 hours and does not show up for one more week and works 1 1/2 hours. We were paying for supplies up front that he picked up and he said just put it on my Square, A month later we got our credit card statement and he sneakily added an extra $800 without telling us the amount, ( supplies were under $300), he said, the extra was for labor, any respectable business would give you the amount of service and get paid after services rendered. I asked for an itemized billing statement to verify charges, NEVER received one. Make sure you get an itemized list of charges BEFORE you hire this plumber. Why get the job done when you pay yourself before you begin?????
