William O.Our water heater failed and we had a time with 2 different plumbers and our home warranty service. Our home warranty service finally decided to pay us off since the Bradford White direct vent gas hot water heater is discontinued. So I called AAA Plumbing & Drain and they were out Wednesday afternoon to visit my wife who is at home. They picked up a 40 gallon direct vent gas hot water heater and got it to the house. The old hot water heater was so full of crud it wouldn't drain right. It took two men and a dolly to wrestle it out of the way and they put it on the back porch where it would drain.
Then they had a time installing the new unit because the flue for the direct vent was larger and they had to enlarge the hole through the cinder block wall. They had to come back the next day to finish the job. But they got it done and finished. It took a lot more work than originally estimated so I paid more for their service. But they came as they said and got the job done. I would recommend them to others and they will not rob you blind. These folks are a mom and pop operation and will get the job done right.
