AAA had to reschedule first appointment. Not a problem. I took another day off for the rescheduled appointment. AAA never showed up nor did they call. AAA is unreliable and unprofessional. Do not bother with them!

On 8-20-17, a plumber gave me a ball park price of $317.00 over the phone and said that he will be over the next day to install a new water line and shut off valve for my new ice maker in my refridgerator. On 8-22-17, a different plumber comes to my home and states that the previous plumber should not have given me a price over the phone and instead charged me $625.00 to do the job!! I was completely taken back and angered and simply repeated the price of $625.00? to the plumber at which time he confirmed this price and I then told him Good Bye...and he left my house immediately! The previous plumber who had given me the price over the phone called as he was running late and not able to come to my home as originally planned and I shared my frustrations!! This company is completely UNPROFESSIONAL and I will never use them again. Not because you are a woman, you should be overcharged!!! Thankfully I was able to find a different company with a plumber who charged less than $300.00!! For the ladies out there...know your worth, dont be taken advantage of... ALWAYS get more than one quote...if a price sounds too REDICULOUS chances are it is!!!!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! We worked with Dan Allen out of the Higganum office and had a terrible experience. Called the company on Jan. 3rd because my sump pump stopped working which resulted in water in my basement. They came right out and gave me a quote of $1000 to replace the pump and remove the water. We agreed and replaced the pump, and they emptied the basement of water. Within 3 days, the pump failed resulting in more water in the basement. They sent a tech out who told my wife that the float was stuck. They told her to keep an eye on it and if it happened again, they'd have to replace the faulty pump. Two weeks later, the pump failed again, and the basement filled with water. I called the next day and the receptionist had the tech call me. He completely changed his tune! He used every excuse in the book as to why it wasn't their fault. I asked him to have the owner call me. The owner, Dan, called and suggested that they should have used a different pump. They did come out that evening and replace the pump, again, but refused to pump the water out of the basement without an additional $250 fee. He also let my wife know that if they had to come out again for this existing problem there would be a service charge. We're not worried about that because I will NEVER use this company again! Now that I've had the time to research this company and talk to other local contractors, there are several stories similar to this with regard to the same owner. Seems he has had to reinvent himself several times over the years to cover his reputation.

Not able to diagnose the problem based on water heater error codes. Not able to provide basic service to clean flame sensor because they were not familiar with the mechanics. Still trying to charge me $120 for coming to my house and rendering no services.

problems fixed in under an hour once i found an experienced plumber who knew what they were dealing with. $20 worth of parts.

$1800 for problems i didn't even have. that is very sad and disheartening and glad i sought a 2nd opinion.
