terrible customer service. scheduled service on fri at 2pm they did not show up until Saturday and then charged overtime. call them and they blame it on me as rudly as possible. you all should evaluate your customer service . will never do business again and would never recommend.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I live at the Belvedere Apartments and we have been without water for 12 hours. I asked the plumbers when the water was going to be back on and was told: "sometime tonight". When I asked when tonight, some idiot claiming to be "the boss" got in my face (after he put down his burrito) and said "I said sometime tonight" There are 5 people literally sitting around doing nothing while an entire apartment complex is without water! This is ridiculous! Contractors will get away with whatever you allow them to get away with!

The absolute worst customer service in my entire life! Can't even get a call back even though I called about 6 times. And when I finally get a hold of someone after calling the 7th time, your rude and unprofessional employee I believe Lyann, is on the other line YELLING at me about how I'm wrong. Never using this shitty ass service again. Not worth the headache of dealing with incompetent people such as her.

The absolute worst customer service!

Rude ladies that answer the phone and joke of your flooding problems, lies about when they will return and do not show up when they say.

I have three large holes in wall where they "searched" for a leak (no water detector equipment) then they find problem and tell us they will be back to fix only never to return as we have leaking water from upstairs!

Do not use them, you have been warned!

Had a clogged toilet response time was fast and the job was explained completely. They were satisfied when the job was completed. Without making a mess that I was expecting. Would use again if the need ever arises agsin.

They are bad. They charge 1/2 hr ($96.00/hr) for traveling time.
They charge for estimate which is free from all reputable plumbers). The estimate takes less than 10 minutes by good plumbers take them 45 minutes. And they charge that too. Total $120.00 for the quote !!!
Their quote is also much higher than good plumbers.
DO NOT USE THEM.

Today I had a problem with one of the workers they came into my apartment to work on the plumbing because my next door apartment is connected to mine but they really came to continue work the plumbing for my next door apartment I have plumbing problems and I thought this guys where going to take care of it when I ask the hispanic tall guy about it he gave me a really nasty answer wich I was not expecting he said I did not order him and he will not taking orders from me so disrespect in while standing in my apartment I call to complaint to his company and I hope he gets re premmended what kind of people this company has working for them I would never will hire them if they going to behave like that and they supposed to come back tomorrow because they did not finish the work and they left my apartment a mess I took pictures of it and hope by tomorrow everything of my belongnins is in order in my closet if not I really will be posting the pictures I am not happy with this person again in my apartment and left my thermostat to lowest temperature they are not paying my bills how can do this what kind of people has this company working I can assure they don't behave like professionals..I never received an apology from the guy I think his name was Eduardo looked like that or the company for this they left and everything in my apartment is a mess still did not fix it the way I had it what kind of people are this .

I cannot speak highly enough of the responsiveness, competence and compassion of AAA Plumbers. I called them in a panic yesterday after discovering my water heater in the attic was leaking and could potentially flood both second and first floors. They arrived at my house within 4 hours and took less than 4 hours to remove the old 50 gallon gas tank (not an easy task getting it out of the attic and down the stairs) and install a new one. I couldn't believe that they were able to respond so quickly and was impressed that they have the resources to either stock the right heater or be able to get one so quickly. I've used them a few times previously after having bad experiences with other major plumbing companies, and am so glad a friend recommended them. Thank you, AAA Plumbers, for saving my house from would could easily have been a huge disaster.
