I cannot say enough about this team. Every single person was professional, responsive and totally on it. We are in the process of selling a house, and had some leaks the gas company could not ""pinpoint"" (see what I did there?). I got an immediate response from John, and he sent Christian out very quickly. They were able to find most of the leaks but not seal them off - we needed a plumber to find the last one and fix the sources. John also recommended a plumber (Darryl) who has been nothing but great. I am more than satisfied. They set realistic expectations, got out to the property quickly, and then delivered above and beyond that in terms of time and communication. Finding gas leaks can be a very tricky business. This team is full of pros.

I'm in the process of buying a house, live 1.5 hours away from the property, made the appointment with Mike from AAA Pinpoint and advise the Realtor and Seller that the time was between 3:00-4:00PM. AAA Pinpoint didn't show up, didn't answer texts or calls during the appt time. At 5:00 PM, I get a call from Christian, ""sorry I'm running late"", instead of calling at 3:00 Pm and advise ahead of time the issue, 2 hours later he calls. Later, instead of accommodating the customer due to their fault, ""we can schedule for tomorrow between 2:00-4:00PM."". Now you want me to wait 2 hours for you? about , sorry Sir, will be there tomorrow at 3:00PM and we'll give you a $50.00 discount for the inconvenience???, ahh, and no phone call from the office, just texts. There is other companies better than this one, don't waste your time. The Pinpoint in Ventura, which I used in the past, it is much better than this one in the San Fernando Valley.

Fabulous experience with Pinpoint. We could tell we had an irrigation leak but could not find it. This company was great to communicate with and they set up an appointment as soon as I called. Chris was prompt and texted me with the exact time he would be at my house. He was super easy to talk with and explained everything. He also discovered our water pressure was excessively high and we had a faulty regulator. He detected our leak within an hour saving us tons of money in water bill. I can't recommend them more highly and would have them back in a second if we ever have another problem.
