Very overpriced, charged $350.00 to snake a main line, then tried to upsell jet streaming and said we have a broken pipe. The pipe was not broken. Con artists, don't fall for this company

Unfortunately we have needed a lot of plumbing repairs recently, but the good news is we always know to contact AAA Paradise Plumbing. I will never get tired of writing reviews for them. Their work is always top notch and the prices reasonable and all their crews are so friendly and personable. This time, the ever cheerful and perfectionist Albert Flores went into our sweltering attic to repair and rebrace a vent pipe. As always, his work was impeccable and we are so grateful!

This company charged one price to show up at my door on time.

One more price to ""look"" at the machine in question (my hot water heater).

Then an additional price to put hands on the machine.

I stopped at the second price because that is when the upselling began;

""This isn't up to code"", ""disassembly fees""...and finally labor fees ( completely understandable) for a new replacement water heater...""$1500- $1800 estimate.

I ended up doing it myself for less than half that cost.

NOTE; The cost and quality of hot water heaters available at a retail level has respectively dropped and risen compared to the last time I replaced my water heater ( 10 years ago).

Overpriced!! The water heater went out on our rental home. Since we live 100 miles away, I chose this company based on online reviews. The tenant's wife was the only one home at the time of their visit. They charged $1892 to install a 40 gallon gas heater. The tenant's wife didn't know any better and agreed. I contacted them to get a breakdown on parts/labor, and respectfully ask for a discount. They responded by saying their ""terms and conditions"" will not allow this, and offered no discount. Separately, I found the LIST price of the water heater they installed to be $600. So they charged me $1292 for installation and haul-away of the old unit; which took 1 hour. Stay away from this company.

Steve saved my butt. I just got home from vacation and my water pump to the house had been down for days! Plants were starting to get dry, and nobody could even shower. No other plumber would come to replace my pump, because there's an electrical component involved.

So I called this paradise emergency line.. a female said that a tech would be there in an hour. Turns out that the plumber, Steve, knew all about my kind of waterwell pump, from top to buttom, and had apparently installed this kind of stuff many times. Talk about relief!!

So he busted out a 3 foot wrench and spent hours putting it in, in the dark -- and he got it perfect.. fully troubleshooting and checking everything about it after it was done. I owe this man, and this company, huge... for all their help when nobody else would come to the rescue..

He also helped me investigate some other issues, and gave great advice. I'm truly relieved. I know I can count on this company for emergency things in the future. THANK YOU STEVE!!

I've used AAA Paradise several times and am always pleased with their service. Today Richard G. came to work on kitchen disposal and drain problems and was prompt, friendly, neat, and he provided an accurate estimate. He got the job done quickly and completely, cleaned up thoroughly, and was super nice to my dog. Plumbing services are never cheap, but AAA Paradise is reasonable and I trust them to do good work.
